Providing single under reamed bored compaction pile foundation of 300 mm dia &9.00 mtr long with reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade using 12mm size black hard granite (C.B) stone chips, boring from existing ground level with removal of obstruction if any, using bentonite,providing required reinforcement 6nos of longitudinal bar @ 12mm dia & 46 nos of ring @ 8mm dia properly welded to the main bars as per drawing making the end of the cage to Conical shape, welded properly, providing 750mmdia under ream appropriate level and disposal the boring earth from work site with supply of all labour, T&P, taxes, Port enry fees, hire & running charges of all machineries reuqired for the work etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.Payment shall be made from cut off level. Conducting Initial load test as per IS-2911(Part-IV) for testing of pile including Kantiledge of required load & supply of all testing equipments including cost & construction of required length of pile as specifiec in Sl. No. 02 & test pile cap & dismentaling the kantiledge after completion of the test & submitted the test report as per IS-2911(Part-IV) with cost & supply of all materials, labour, PPE of labours, T&P, tollage, royalties, staging, scaffolding, curing, water charges all transportation charges, all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge . NB: Applied load is 2.50 times of the design load, i.e 25.00 Tons.

Routine/Cyclic load test for the working piles including kantiledge of required load as per IS-2911(Part-IV) for testing of pile & supply of all testing equipments including cost & constructing of test pile cap & dismentaling the same after completion of the test as specifiec in Sl. No. 02 & test pile cap & dismentaling the same after completion of the test & submitted the test report as per IS-2911(Part-IV) with cost & supply of all materials, labour, PPE of labours, T&P, tollage, royalties, staging, scaffolding, curing, water charges all transportation charges, all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge . NB: Applied load is 1.50 times of the design load, i.e 25.00 Tons.

Cutting pile head up to cut off level including disposing of the dismantled material out of work site to dump area with supply of all materials, barricading the work site with cost & supply of all materials, labour, PPE of labours, T&P, royalties, tollages, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, all taxes excluding GST etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil with initial lead & lift with dressing, leveling & compacting the foundation bed, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, disposing the material at a designated place and keeping the required quantities for back filling with cost of labour, T&P, tollage,transportation, loading at one end & unloading at other end, all taxes, excluding GST all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling the excavated material in low laying area using the excavated material with all lead & lift with dressing, leveling & compacting the material around the structure, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layer not exceeding 0.30m. with cost of labour, T&P, tollage, taxes,compacting the same all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST.

P.C.C(1:3:6) of using C.B.H.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing, hosting, laying to proper level & slope consolidating, curing, watering charges, finishing smooth to the exposed surface with including cost & supply of all materials, labour, Transportation,Curing, T&P, all taxes, excluding GST etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Saline Sand filling /Dreged spoil at required lacations including watering & ramming in layer not exceeding 300mm.
