RequiredSatisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor **similar works of cost not less than Rs. 2.33 crores in any financial year during the last 5 financial years ** Similar works means Restoration and comprehensive Development including of Lakes in urban conditions only
RequiredBid capacity computed by the formula (2 AN ?B) shall be greater than the ECV. Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in its name in any one financial year during the last five financial years (updated to current Price level) taking into account the works completed as well as works in progress
RequiredAnnual Turnover of any one year of last 5 years attested by Chattered Accountant
RequiredThe Bidder shall furnish GST Registration certificate along with latest GST returns for the preceding month i.e., before the month of tendering
RequiredLiquid assets as shown in the Tender document
RequiredDocuments relating to the Registration of the firm, Registration as Civil Contractor, Partnership deed, Articles of Association and copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card and copy of latest Income Tax returns i.e., for the last five years submitted along with proof of receipt etc
RequiredDetails of the existing commitments i.e., works on hand and works for which tenders are submitted
RequiredInformation regarding any litigation, with Government during the last five years, in which the bidder is involved
RequiredAny incorrectness / deviations noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from cancelling the work duly forfeiting the EMD, Criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business
RequiredThe price-bids of such bidders, who are determined to have complied with the above eligibility criteria, and approved by the Tender Committee of HYDRAA will only be opened
RequiredIf the office happens to be closed on the dates specified above, the respective activity will be performed at the designated time on the next working day without any notification
RequiredAny other details can be had from the Office of the Commissioner, HYDRAA
RequiredThe commissioner, HYDRAA reserve the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reasons
RequiredAll the bidders are requested to follow-up the e-procurement website for additional information, like addendums, and corrigendum?s on https://tender.telangana.gov.in/ and no paper publication will be issued
RequiredContractor should attend the pre bid meeting and visit respective lakes to understand the challenges, scope of work before quoting the tender and should be certified by concerned Engineer in charge, the same should be uploaded as a part of pre -qualification criteria or else bid will be rejected
RequiredAny other documents shall be uploaded as per tender document.
