15th FC SWM RR Shed work 25-26

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank for refilling within an initial lead of 10.00 m and an initial lift of 2.00 in hard stiff clay. Stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, sales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth, earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil and except hard rock requiring blasting including shoring, strutting, bailing water wherever necessary and all other incidental charges etc., complete as directed by departmental officers as per S.S.20B

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix, (one part of cement, four part of M.sand and eight part of aggregate) mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary support strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over Silver Oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm space at 10cm c/cand supported by Casurino Prop 10cm-13cm spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete and as directed by Departmental Officers. 1)Column

2) Shuttering

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supply and fabrication of steel using TMT rods for all Reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for cutting, bending and placing the rod in position and tying up the rods with binding wire and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification SS 86 & 86A V,VI, VII (S6) 7,3

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement and five part of M.Sand)mix using II Class bricks of size 8 3/4 X 4 3/4X 2 3/4 including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering in C.M. 1:5 mix (one part of cement and five part of M.Sand) 12mm tk including mixing and finishing to a well smoothened surface, watering cost and conveyance all materials and all labour and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification TNBPSS 56,57

Supplying and filling with Well gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for filling, watering & consolidation etc., complete as per standard specification 24 &25 NBC Part VI (S2) 8 28 V,VI S25

Supplying and filling with Stone Dust from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for filling, watering & consolidation etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and fixing of ISA equal angle for truss including cost of Material conveyance of all material, fabrication and fixing charges etc.Complete as per ISI with rust preventive primer & ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary with power drill to the accessories such as supplying and fixing holdfasts, plastic bush inserts receiver runner bottom shock absorbers etc. Complete as Directed by the Departmental Officer.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium colour sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Painting the walls with two coats weather sealed exterior Emulsion Paint as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc., copmlete in all floors complying with standard specification (The Colour and shade of paint shall be got approved the departmental officers)

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
