Excavation in post holes each n. exc. 0.5 cu.m, getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers n. exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundtion and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundtion and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron as in post and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shapes as directed , drilling holes and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantaling old chain link fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing chainlink fabric fencing Made of GI wire of 4mm dia,PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia 6 nos wire and nuts,bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge (The work shall be carried out as per IS 4996).

S & F MS flat iron including all necessary drilling bolting or rivetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut for exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long and 10 to 12 mm dia of shank complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10Cm width or girth not otherwise describe and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering including existing roof treatment & removing all rubbish off the premises, as per the direction. Cleaning throughly, washed with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops,making slope/ gradient required on roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering (screed bed) in cement mortar 1:4 on pcc roof surfaces using WPC@ 2% by wt of cement as on roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proffing compound, confirming to IS and as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surfaced by forced application over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4kg/ sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement Sheets (Corrugatted or Semi-Corrugated) including Ridge of any description and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based (Trapezoidal shaped) steel sheet 0.50mm thick (pitch centre to centre 200-205mm and height of corrugation 28.5mm) of any colour as approved, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,ridge,facia ,eaves board etc.,complete fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for kerb stone (factory made) for interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick, M-35 grade precast concrete,coloured & polished, rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 joined with Grey cement and matching pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 80mm thick, M-40 grade precast concrete,coloured & polished rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 joined with Grey cement and matching pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for sand filling under floors,on hard standing as in sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone wall built in cement mortar or on concrete surface at any position & any description including racking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water,etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement but using water proofing compound (2% of wt of cement used) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on roof ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of cement based paint on new wall surface incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of white wash on new plastered /previously untreated surfaces of ceiling incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
