24 - Construction and Strenghthening BT Road at Tirupati Nagar-II, Chittorgarh

Excavation in Cutting in Soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m Excavation for roadway in soil using manual methods, including transporting the excavated earth to the embankment site with a lift of up to 1.5 meters and a lead of up to 50 meters, as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3. ​

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site,spreading,grading to required slope and compacted to mee trequirement of Table300-2 with lead upto 50m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3

Providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer(PugMill),carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 kN weight to ahievethede sired density including lighting,barricading and maintenance of diversion,et casper Tables400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with all lead

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer"s Specifications @ 6 kg/10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH Specifications : CI 502, 112

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared non-bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500-7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 504. Mix Seal Surfacing Providing,laying and rolling of close- graded premix surfacing material of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm (Type-A) or 13.2mm to0.9mm (Type-B) aggregates using Viscosity grade bitumen to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base,including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 8- 10kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per MoRTH Specification.
