Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV Outdoor Package Sub-Station consisting of 11/0.433 KV 3 phase, 50Hz, Dyn 11 vector group, Copper wound 800 KVA Oil type transformer, HT Switchgear (11kV 400 Amps 21KA for 3 sec. VCB), Low voltage switchgear, factory built ready for connection type with internal G.I earthing complete in all aspects. The CSS shall be fully internal arc tested for 20 KA/1 Sec IAC-A&B as per IEC62271-202. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.1)

Supply of Erection of medium size first aid box made of 16 gauge MS sheet of size 14”x7”x5” with 6 wound dressings, 3 burn dressings, 13 gms absorbent cotton wool, one dressing scissors, one bottle of spirit of sal volatile, 1 tube of burn ointment (Burnol) tablets of aspiring, 1 No. artificial respirator.

Supply and Erection of Fire Extinguishers ISI marked duly erected/ hung on wall with hooks including the cost of hooks with all material & labour required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of work. Make: Atasee/Safex/Ceasefire/SafePro only.

CO2 type of 9 Kg capacity fire extinguishers conforming to IS.

Supply and erection of CT/PT operated tri-vector meter of accuracy class 0.5 suitable for voltage rating 11 KV/110 Volt, current rating 100/5Amp, or as decided by DISCOM for energy measurement and maximum demand etc. as per the specification of Chandigarh Electrical Department (CED). The three phase HTCT meter should be of Lauritz Knudsen / Secure / Genus make only. The meter is to be got tested from the M&P Sub Division laboratory of the CED at the stake of contractor. The meter is to be installed in the existing metering compartment of the CT&PT unit on a wooden plank (on S/E basis) of suitable size including. The job also includes the cost of supply erection of 11 KV test terminal block for connecting secondary connection of 11KV CT/PT unit &Trivector meter as per site requirement. The job includes labour, taxes and duties etc.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of cubical type dust and vermin proof metering panel, free standing floor mounting, made out of 14 Gauge M.S. sheet with channel for base frame to accommodate 100/5A (As decided by DISCOM) ratio of CT & PT dry type unit and set of Trivector Meter including fixing of MS angle /flat where ever required.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.12)

Supply and erection of HT XLPE insulated armoured power cable stranded aluminum conductor sheathed with extruded semi-conducting compound cross linked polyethylene insulated laid up inner sheathed of extruded PVC single layer of galvanized steel flat strip armoured and PVC sheathed over all suitable for 11 KV (earthed) cable to IS: 7098 (Part-ii) 2011 with up to date amendments and laying in the existing cable trey/ RCC pipe cable duct. The XLPE cable shall be of Polycab / Havells / KEI / RR Kabel make only.

CIVIL WORK FOUNDATION FOR PACKAGE SUBSTATION [Note: - The foundation shall be 800mm(min.) below the ground level and 910mm(min.) above the ground level and having provision for cable trench, grouting of PSS etc and projected at least 500mm(min.) from the size of enclosure all around with provision of steps as required. The top of the plinth has to be properly levelled for proper alignment of the PSS doors. Further internal earthing will brought out on the earthing point on the PSS. The foundation shall be made as per the detailed design submitted by the OEM of the PSS for structural strength and proper installation of the PSS.]

The VCB should be floor mounted trolley type horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out, type Breaker confirming to IEC-62271-100 & Panel as per IEC-6227I-200, & IEC-60694 as amended up to date. The panel shall be compartmentalized consisting of Bus bars compartment, Breaker compartment, Cable and CT compartment, LV compartment for Relays, indications and controls. Each compartment shall be segregated from other by metallic partition. The shutters shall also be metallic for safety of operation staff. Each of the VCB, Bus bar and Cable compartment shall have separate pressure relief device at top to exhaust arc energy in case of an arc in panel.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.20)
