Dismatiling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and removing to stores complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Mud Pushka treatment on the roof slab upto the motherslab complete and removing to low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:- (a) Surface Preparation : M&L for the surface which are to receive the coating or treatment, must be free from oil, laitance, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign materail adhering on it before the waterproofing job started. Dust free the surface including removing of existing treatment/ old felt/ loost plaster/ concrete etc. (b) Repairing of slab, parapet wall junction, cracks and other large blowholes by open in "V' shapes & filling by Cement mortar 1:4 with adding bonding agent SBR followed by fiber mesh tape with SBR in conjuction with cement. (c) PU Based Elastomeric Liquid Membrane System for Roof :- M&L for providing and applying Polyurethane Liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability thermal insulating elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and Solar reflectance Index 106 as per (ASTM E-1980-19)/Tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, + 30Degree ) (ASTM D624) and Tensile strength > 2 N/mm2(ASTM D4541). After proper surface preparation , Apply one coat of self primer or SBR @ 1:5 Chemical : water ratio. Then apply 03 coats as 1st coat of Shaliurethane @ BTD white @ 0.650 ltr/m2 (minimum ) by brush /roller while the primer surface is tacky. Spread fiber mesh 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat of dry than Apply 2nd and sililarly 3rd coat @0.650 ltr/m2 (minimum) by brush /rooler. Note : Minimum dry thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm.Make : Equivalent of M/S STP/SIKA India Pvt Ltd/ Fosroc/ bostik/Choksey etc

M&L for levelling course for roof slab, Type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) using waterproofing compound (SBR) for maintaining proper roof slope and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.(Minimum thickness of concrete should not be less than 50mm at any point) Note : Waterproofing compound should be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 , type B-0 as in benching (gola ) making concave shape gola of 80mm radius at juctions of roof/terrace with parapets/sides walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling for floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 600x300x7/450x300x7 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical sufaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 10mm backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing including 15mm of screed bed in CM 1:6 aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine cut kota stone slabs as in vertical surfces such as risers of steps/vertical surfaces 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing also moulding edges including 10mm of backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
