Obtaining consultancy services for preparation of documents for increase in the Auxiliary HP rating of Sharavathy generating station issuing from Competent person and online submission and getting approval from approval authorities

The bidder shall be a regular agency/contractor/firm/Consultant and shall have proven experience in Preparation of Layout Building drawings and Buildings Structural Stability Certificates issuing from competent person as per the factories act and online submission approval from factories department for various PSU/ Govt. /private power utilities in last five preceding financial years. In proof of the above, the bidder shall upload scanned copies of work order and corresponding work completion certificate/Work done certificate for above said work with sum of contract value of the furnished work orders is not less than Rs 2.0 Lakhs issued from competent authority.

Bidder shall have Independent provident fund registration certificate obtained from PF authorities, IT-PAN No, GST certificates. In proof PF registration, IT-PAN No, GST copies shall be furnished

Registration certificate issued from the department of factories and boiler inspectorate for competent person.

The Bidders in the last five financial years should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 4.0 Lakhs. In proof Annual Report/turn over certificates /profit & loss statement duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished.

The bid of the bidders whose contracts have been terminated/ foreclosed/EMD forfeited in KPCL or elsewhere during last 03 years and also those who do not meet the above prequalifying requirement will be rejected
