Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalised cubical type main fire pump Control Panel made out of CRCA sheet , required hardware ,duly treated for derusting in 7 tank process with dephosphating and with powder coating on both side of panel in desired shade The panel having PU/ Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness , separate detachable gland plate M.S. base channel ,hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear . Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length / width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600 mm. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0 mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required . Side walls and cable alley compartments having bolted type doors and having accessories / switch gear (as per Specf Ch-06 & 08) as below:- complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

(d) System controller to control Operation Main Electric pumps, Diesel pump, jockey pump in sequence consisting of relays, timers, sensors, annuciation window for fault indication.

(e) Appropriate Test Certificate/ report of product/accessories from OEM/Panel Manufecturer shall be submitted.

Supply of Painted/ Powder coated galvanized steel Flush Fire doors of Pacific make of 2 hrs. Fire rating and tested in accordance with IS 3614 Part 2 & BS 476 Part 22 as per prototype tested and certified at CBRI Roorkee or equivalent laboratory. Door frames to be double rebate profile of 143 x 57mm manufactured from 1.6mm galvanized steel sheet, profile to have bending radius of 1.4 mm supplied in assembled form ready to install at site. Door Shutter in 46mm +2 mm thick manufactured from 1.2mm galvanized steel sheets, lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flush shell. Infilled honeycomb insulation material to be provided for structural rigidity & additional reinforcements & sound Insulation, The internal construction of the door should be appropriate for all hardware fixtures (SS Ball BearingHinges-4"x3"X3mmGeze,Door Closer, Dead LockWith 70mm EPC,Handle-300X19mm, Vision Panel,Flush Bolt etc.) as required, vision panel grooves wherever applicable shall be provided as per recommendations with beading and screw.
