Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick and area of each tiles not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in flooring over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloued Ceramic tiles of size 450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match as in skirting/dado over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 finished all as specified and directed .

Note : FOR SL ITEM NO 1 TO 58 ( a) The bidder shall note that two plumber and two helpers including T&P shall be made available at the office of the AGE B/R-II, yelahanka throughout the contract period against the fixing of elements covered under BOQ. The rate shall be deemed to be included in this provision in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be entertained by the Govt on this account. (b) Please note that the contract shall run for the period of 09(Nine) months irrespective of quantities provided in BOQ.
