Taking out old U/S short rail from Charpoy GI pipe with plytop and S&F with replacement of the same from the item recd from item at Sl No. 14.01 with threading at both ends.

Taking out old u/s legs and S&F with replacement of the same from the item recd from item at Srl No. 14.02 above with proper threading at one end. All as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F new elbow in place of damaged/broken elbow 32mm dia medium grade 3 way ISI maked(weight not less than 450gm each). All as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F new heavy duty checknut 32mm dia, in place of broken check nut all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out old U/S ply from charpoy GI pipe with plytop and S&F new 12mm ply BWR type alongwith 13 Nos of nut and bolts of appropriate approved size in each charpoy. All as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.Make : Kitply/Century/National.

S & F (with proper welding process) flat iron stiffners 880x32x5mm , 01 Nos in each charpoy in between the long rails The stiffeners shall be painted throughout with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint in black shade over a coat of red oxide primer.

S & F (with proper welding process) flat iron Clamp 75x32x5 mm, 01 Nos in each side of short rail of each charpoy. The Clamp shall be painted throughout with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint in black shade over a coat of red oxide primer.

M & L for gas welding to the stiffner attached to the frame of charpoy GI pipe with ply top including preparation of surface and removing unwanted welding spot all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Tightening of loose check nuts, elbows long rails, legs etc complete charpoy all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Charpoy GI Pipe with nylon newar as under (DRG No - FD-220:- (a) Removing of unserviceable nylon newar from charpoys GI pipe. (b) Tightening of loose check nuts, elbows long rails, legs etc complete charpoy. (c) S & F (with proper welding process) flat iron stiffners 880x32x5mm , 03Nos in each charpoy in between the long rails and flat iron stiffners 75x32x5 mm, 02 Nos in each side of short rail of each charpoy. The stiffeners shall be painted throughout with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint in black shade over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) S & F of plywood commercial both side 12mm thick ply with 13 Nos of nut and bolts of appropriate approved size in each charpoy. Size of ply shall be 1980mm x 900mm approx, the ply shall be of BWR exterior grade ISI Marked of Make. Century /Duro/National. The edges of ply fixed on charpoy shall be made half round. T.W. beading 4mm thick should be fixed around the ply.

Preparation of old steel surface of Form without back and welding/tighting loose joints, if any including de-rusting the surface and painting with two coat of synthetic enameled paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scratching the entire wooden surface of Form without back with electic grinder ,filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with different types of sand emery paper, the item shall be french polished with high glossy finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Chair Padded with Arm ( Drg : TP)

Materials and labour for removing of old and unserviceable cushion and tapestry of seat from chair and supply & fixing of new cushion and tapestry of seat as per sample complete all as specified and directed as per Engineer -in- Charge.
