Taking down carefully transformer from four pole and two pole, platform by disconnecting all the electrical connection and transporting the same to authorised workshop include draining out of the transformer oil in clean barrels, opening the top cover, taking out of the defective/burnt out HT/LT coils out of the tank for repair, insulation testing of the transformer winding ,refilling the transformer oil after checking proper dielectric strength, refitting the top cover and other accessories including painting of the transformer with approved colour all as specified and directed and transporting the transformer back on original place for installation and securing properly on four/two pole/platform and making all HT/LT connection to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed for the following:-

25 KVA to 150 KVA.

Exceeding 150 KVA and upto 300 KVA.

Exceeding 300 KVA and upto 750 KVA.

Note :- (a) The rates are inclusive of transportation of transformer from site of installation to authorised workshop and back including T&P required and all the HT/LT winding shall be measured and paid separetly. (b) Standby transformer shall be arranged by contractor at their own cost to avoid failure of supply on site and the capacity of transformer should be matched with repaired transformer.Penality charges @1000/day shall be deducted on failure of arrangement of standby transformer. (c) Contractor has to submit the list of authorized workshops for full satisfaction of Engr-in charge and final binding shall remain with the Engr -in-charge.

Replacement of burnt defective LT copper coil of transformer with new one made out of suitable size/guage of copper super enameled wire of high quality matching with the existing impedence and insulation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge suitable for following capacity:-.

25 KVA to 150 KVA.

Exceeding 150 KVA and upto 300 KVA.

Exceeding 300 KVA and upto 750 KVA.

Replacement of burnt defective HT copper coil of transformer with new one made out of suitable size/guage of copper super enameled wire of high quality matching with the existing impedence and insulation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge suitable for following capacity:-.

Note :-For srl item No 2 & 3 The cost of coil shall be inclusive of cost of varnish insulating paper and other insulating materials and no extra payment will be made for the same.

Supply, fixing and stringing in replacement ACSR conductor any size to HT over head lines,stretching properly to achieve proper sag including binding to insulators using GI/aluminium binding wire all as required at site or directed by Engrs-in- charge. Supply and fixing in replacement disc type insulators porecelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white brown or green two in series assembly with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000Volts all as required at site or directed by Engrs-in-charge. Make of insulator:- BHEL,Jaipuriya,Jayshree.

Supply and fixing in replacement pin type insulators porecelain vitreous 150 mm high and 150mm dia white brown or green with one mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised nut for working pressure 11000Volts all as required at site or directed by Engrs-in-charge. Make of insulator:- BHEL, Jaipuriya, Jayshree.

Supply and fixing in replacement female contact spring loaded having brass contacts suitable for GOD 200A for working pressure 11000Volts, galvanised iron bolts,nuts and washers for fixing with post insulator or any other indicated situation all as required at site or directed by Engrs-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement male contact with arching horn having brass contact suitable of GOD 200A for working pressure 11000Volts, galvanised iron bolts,nuts and washers for fixing with post insulator or any other indicated situation all as required at site or directed by Engrs-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement copper braided belt 400mm long with MS carrier suitable for GOD 200A for working pressure 11000Volts, galvanised iron bolts,nuts and washers for fixing all as required at site or directed by Engrs-in-charge.

Supply and jointing HT XLPE heat shrinkable type including termination joint for 3 Core on existing / new HT cable and connecting to GOD /Pole with proper thimbling all as specified for following sizes :- Make : - Denson/M'Seal/Siemen)

Supply and fixing in replacement lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitings,transmissin class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp suitable for 11000V all as spfd and as dircted. Make :-BHEL,Jaipuria,Alsthom

Filtration ,heating and dehydration of transformer oil on site by using filteration machine and EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 55 KV with 2mm gap inluding removal of all moisture,dirt/girth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-Filtration, heating and dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out on site and rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for arrangement of filtration machine and its transportation to various locations of installation of transformer and topping of oil.

Cutting/trimming/Chopping of tree branches along the over head lines of 33/11KV line upto 5 mtr from electric line on both sides of the span and disposing off the cut trees/branches to a distance of n.exc 50m and clearing the site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 11KV 400A switch disconnector outdoor panel for protection of various transformers <400KVA. The switch shall use low pressure SF6 gas for current interruption and shall require no maintenance. Leakage rate shall not be over 0.1% per year, for life span of at least 30 years.It shall have three positions (closed, open and earthed). The switching device shall be suitable for three-phase systems operating at 12 kV and 50/60 Hz. The rated voltage shall be at least 12 kV. The short-time withstand current shall be 25 kA - 1 s / 12 kV. LBS. Make ABB, Schneider, SIEMENS.

I) NOTE: LBS panel should be provided with fuse trip assembly and HRC fuses of appropriate rating for protection of transformers. The operating mechanism should have following functions. a) Switch function: independent-operation closing by lever. Operating energy is provided by a compressed spring which, when released, causes the contacts to close. independent-operation opening by push-button (O) or trip units. b) Earthing-switch function: Independent-operation closing and opening by lever. Operating energy is provided by a compressed spring which, when released, causes the contacts to open or close. c) Opening releases- shunt trip Switch: The switch shall use low pressure SF6 gas for current interruption and shall require no maintenance. The switch enclosure shall be mounted horizontally within the cubicle and the position of the main and earthing contacts shall be clearly visible from the front of the cubicle. The position indicator shall be placed directly on the contact-operating shaft. The switch enclosures shall be made of cast epoxy resin. The mechanical endurance of the switch operating mechanisms shall ensure at least 1000 operations class M1.

II) LBS Panel: Medium voltage switchgear shall comply with the latest issues of the IEC recommendations: IEC 62271-200. Switchgear shall be Free standing, Floor mounted, metal enclosed suitable for Outdoor use. The frame of individual vertical panels shall be minimum 2 mm CRCA. Degree of protection shall not be less than IP55. All hardware shall be corrosion resistant. Busbar shall be high conductivity aluminum/Copper supported on insulators made of nonhygroscopic, non-inflammable material. Panel shall be provided with earth busbar of copper of suitable size rated for short time rating of switch board and Provision for receiving incoming or outgoing power cable through rear bottom entry. All metal surface shall be thoroughly cleaned, processed under 7 tank treatment. Make of Panel Schneider/Abb/Siemens/dvepl/Panel shall be powder coated with final colour shade RAL 7032/eqvt shade. Earthing of the Power Circuit: Cable earthing shall be carried out by an earthing switch with a short-circuit making capacity, in accordance with IEC 62271-102 recommendations. It shall be possible to operate the earthing switch when the switch or disconnector is open. Mechanical interlocking systems (rotating switch with 3 positions )shall be provided to prevent incorrect operations such as the closing of the earthing switch with the switch or disconnector in closed position Control Wiring: The wiring shall be carried out using multi-strand copper conductor super flexible PVC insulated wires of 650/1100V Grade for AC Power. Control terminals shall be screw type for auxiliary wiring Minimum 10% spare terminals shall be provided for control circuit.

Taking down unsv Panel and accessories like burnt MCCB, bus bars and Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing LT panel outdoor cubical floor mounted channel type of size not less than (L=2.8m b=0.5m h=1.2m) openable to front and back both side side made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated complete with bus bar size not less than 50x6mm rating made of copper strip duly drillled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50Hz power supply system suitable for and including the following. Make of panel DVEPL,SIEMEN, ELECTRIFIELD:-

i) MCCB 630 Amp 4 Pole 37KA 50 Hz 415 V-01 No FTM type as incomer Make C&S Cat part No CSC6N4 Thermal magnetic release , fixed overload, fixed fault or equivalent in siemen, Legrand(MDS).

All accessories perwired with suitable size copper conductor cable/strip and suitable foundation as per manufactrur's recomendation. Note:-(i) Drawing of the panel will be approved by the Engr-in-charge (ii) Factory testing will be carried by the manufactrer in the presence of Engr-in-charge, Any changes in the design will be incorporated.

Construction in replacement of transformer platform size 3mx2mx1m from ground incl XPM jalli fabricated with angle size 50x50x6mm and two coat of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide incl steps plinth protection and all other relevant works complete all as specified. Transformer platform shall be based on approved drawing of zonal CE.

Supply and fixing in replacement Aerial bunched cable (AB) HT 6.35/11 KV of size 95Sqmm x3 core+70Sqmm x1 core with three power cores stranded compacted circular aluminium conductor screened with black extruded semiconducting compound, natural coloured XLPE insulated core screened with black extruded semi conducting compound and one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC( core identification by colour tape marking red, yellow and blue with colour tape placed longitudinally under the copper tape) and one bare messenger wire shall be stranded non compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor .all as specified and directed. Make Havells, Gloster,Polycab,Grandlay Note:- The following hardware fittings and accessories shall be used to install,erect and join the AB cable (i) Suspension clamp with eye hook (ii) Suspension fittings and corresponding eye hook (iii) Dead eye fittinngs (iv) Nylon Tie (v) connectors

Taking down old unsv MCCB of any type and M&L for MCCB FMU thermal magnetic release, adjustable overload 80-100%, fixed short circuit, neutral protecton against overload,short circuit all as specified and directed for following capacities:-

250 A 4 pole 415 volt Make C&S Cat part No CS250SFMU4P or equivalent in make SIEMEN, LEGRAND(MDS)

200 A 4 pole 415 volt Make C&S Cat part No CS250SFMU4P or equivalent in make SIEMEN, LEGRAND(MDS)

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate elcrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connecting to the GI earthing strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and GI Strip 32x6mm protected by provision of GI Light grade pipe of 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregrate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with PM (weight not less than 4Kg/ sqmm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 nos and 6mm dia MS bars handle made to shape, GI Light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge for earth plate common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of 75x50x 6mm phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hand/ dense soil rning filling in andremoval of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as per electrical plate nmp 5 of SSR 1991 Pt-I and connecting to earh test point incl testing on completion.

Note:- The required resistance of Earthing shall be less than 2 ohm, If not found to the required resistance, the contractor has to re-earthing for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.
