M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with water proofing compound and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, benching etc rounded or chamfered angles and throating including water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over levelling course, finished surface even/smooth without using extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of surface by cleaning, ensuring adequate slope and refurbishing wherever needed, including drain mouth and applying Shaliprime PUM primer coat over prepared surface at the rate of 0.25 kg/sqm, applying 2 layers of Shaliprotek PuR 40 at the rate of 1 kg/Sqm for each layer complete all as specified and as directed

Removing plants, weeds etc., on chajjas, roofs, walls at any position and at any situation of height upto and including 03 storeys/10m, RCC roof parapets and spraying weed controlling chemical using glyphosate or equivalent in dosages as per manufactures all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000ltrs capacity, setting a side or (lowering if requird ) for repairs etc, and refixing in same position in all respect all as directed

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes 110/75mm internal dia laid in trenches or fixed to walls incl all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 75 mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC compound over a coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work surfaces, even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint and one coat of wall care putty over chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron work or mild steel of any description not otherwise provided for truss/purlin/rafter etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Chipping, Chiselling surface mechanically with chipping machine :- (a) Providing zinc rich primer for exposed reinforcement (b) Providing 100 x 100 x 3 mm weld mesh and fixing the same with shear connectors of 8mm dia with epoxy resin (c) Guniting the area with CM 1:3 of over all thickness 50mm in with two layers in small areas/patches complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, plain etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed

Complete removal of existing treatment and treating with two coats of cement base paint to wall surfaces over a coat of primer and including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Obiterating old writing of any description n exc 0.1 sqm with paint to match existing works complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for re-writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm height complete all as specified and as directed.
