Removal of following existing unserviceable steel components of various MES furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,welding, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level the surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever required after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE(Rangia) including BSO's Furniture Yard at Rangia Station, and office hours only as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note applicable for item Srl No-1.01 to 4.05).

Almirah small steel:-FD-1032:- 3-Way locking system as per drg.

Lock as per existing pattern and shape. Make-Harrison,Godrej

CP Handle as approved by BSO/GE irrespective of what is shown on drg.

Leg as per drg.

Repairs to dented door by removing the door from hinges, making smooth and straight by denting applying putty and refixing by replacing unserviceable hinges

Repairs to existing shelf by opening the clips/rivets of shelf, making smooth and straight by denting applying putty and refixing by replacing unserviceable clips/rivets.

Supply & Fixing of new shelf by opening the clips/rivets and refixing by replacing unserviceable clips/rivets.

Supply & Fixing new door by removing the door from hinges, and refixing by replacing unserviceable hinges.

Painting of Almirah small steel as per Note.

Charpoy GI Pipe:- FD-220:- Taking out old broken end long rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rails of GI pipe 32mm Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Pipe : JINDAL, Prakash Surya.

Taking out old broken end short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with short rail of GI pipe made out of long rail retrieved wide Item serial No-2.01 here-in-before duly thread both ends to require size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old broken end short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new short rails of GI pipe 32mm Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Pipe : JINDAL, Prakash Surya.

Taking out old broken end leg from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with legs of GI pipe made out of short trail retrieved vide Item serial No-2.02, 2.03 here-in-before; duly threaded at one end to required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/broken three way elbow from GI pipe by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32 mm dia ISI marked and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Elbow Unik/NVR/MIC.

Taking out old unserviceable/broken GI check nut from the frame by unscrewing and replacing with new check nut GI 32 mm dia as per sample kept in GE office and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of check nut Unik/NVR/MIC.

Taking out existing broken plywood from the Charpoy GI pipe by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood of size 1980x900x12mm fixed to Charpoy GI Pipe frame with new Nut, bolts and washer. Make of plywood - Greenply/Century Ply/Archidply

S&F of MS flat iron of size (50x5 mm) on long rail parallel to short rail.

Locker steel:- FD-1029 S& F new 3mm thick Stainless steel hasp & staples including removal of UNSV hasp & staples.

Repairs to dented door by removing the door from hinges, making smooth and straight by denting applying putty and refixing by replacing unserviceable hinges.

Repair and Replacemet of Leg as per drg.

Painting of Locker steel as per Note.

Charpoy MS tubing with plytop :- FD/CWE/TEZ/04:- Taking out existing broken plywood from the charpoy by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed to Charpoy frame with new GI Nut, bolts. Make of plywood - Greenply/Century Ply/Archidply

Taking out existing broken head board form charpoy and fixing new head board with 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board both side laminated in shade as approved by BSO/GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws.

Taking out existing broken foot board form charpoy and fixing new foot board with 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board both side laminated in shade as approved by BSO/GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws.

Hard rubber shoes as per drg.

Painting of Bed hard as per Note. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
