Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling padding course over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges etc., with approved SBR based water proofing compound @2% doasge / cement all as per manufacturer's instructuions on the roof surface to achieve requisite slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately

Supply of SBR based waterproofing compound @ 2% dosage by weight of cement (1kgs) of 50kg cement used to be mixed in cement concrete as water proofing and hardening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying acrylic based polymer modified cementitious elastomeric flexible composite coating system consisting of applying: First coat applying with below make mixed with neat fresh cement in the ratio of 1:1 by weight after dust free and moist the surface. Laying second layer of Fiber glass cloth of 45 GSM when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fiber cloth should not be less than 10 cm. Applying final layer of cementitious elastomeric flexible composite coating system. The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 24hrs for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order by the manufacturer's authorised applicator only complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and applying polyurethane liquid applied roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, thermal insulating elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 60% and Solar Reflectance Index 106 as per (ASTM E1980-19) / tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 °C) (ASTM D624) and Tensile adhesion strength-≥ 1.5 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item Nos.. 3.00 to 5.00 :- (i) The water proofing treatment shall be applied by the company’s authorized applicator only. (ii) Contractor have to get prior approval of applicator or authorized agency by submitting its authorization letter to this office for approval prior to commencement of work. (iii) Submission of 10 year warranty certificate for waterproofing treatment work for leekage / seepage is mandatory after completion of work. (iv) The cost of Scaffolding work required at certain places is including in the respective items catered for repairs itself. No extra shall be paid for the same.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers or jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing trellis work (Jafri) one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Post and rails shall be measured separately.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of existing precast cement concrete block masonry wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with (UltraTech READIPLAST or equivalent make as approved by GE) by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. For thickness above 15 mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days- 10-12 Mpa/ Bulk density- 1500-1600 Kg/m3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20mtr height.

M&L for prepariation of new plastered surfaces of walls and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
