Engaging Contractor for SITC of 11 kV line/DP Structure and Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 11 /0.433 KV , 1*250 & 1*160 KVA Distribution Transformer ( As per clause 1.1 of Scope of work of Section –VI)

Supply and erection of 9.0 Mtr long PCC pole of 200 kg working load, as per REC manual no 15/1979 (amended up to date) and as per latest discom specifications with factor of safety 2.5 including excavation of 180 cm pit with grouting {consisting of cement, coarse and concrete in 1:3:6 ratio (60 cm dia), 150 cm below ground level & 60 mm above ground level} as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge. Each pole will be marked as " SSL/AGM (E)/TN-01/Date of Casting DD/MM/YY / SN.......

Supplying and drawing overhead steel core 30 Sq mm of (6+1) 2.59mm (Weasel) Aluminium conductor (ACSR) ISI marked(IS 398 part II-1996) on existing cross arms through insulator with all necessary T&P required including binding and twisting etc. complete in all respect as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge

Supply and erection of GI stay set of dia 16mm, 1.8m long stay rod with anchor plate 300 x 300 x 4.0 mm confirming to pattern-1 of BS:16/1974 and as per latest Jaipur Jaipur Discom Specifications complete fitted with cast iron cross head and steel bow, in cement concrete coarse 1:3:6 ( 60 cm below ground level & 30 mm above ground level ) including excavation of pit-re-filling etc complete as reqd. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and fixing of hot dipped galvanized as per IS, 'V' type cross arms with top hamper and clamps as per latest Jaipur Discom specifications made of MS angle on the existing poles complete including all necessary nut and bolt, clamps etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge

Supply and fixing of hot dipped galvanized as per IS, Vertical type 11 kV (.7m long) (65 x 65 x6mm angle) top hamper on the existing pole as per latest Jaipur Discom specifications complete including nut bolts etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 1.4 Mtr. Long hot dipped galvanized as per IS, MS Channel Bracket with clamp as per Jaipur Discom Specifications including Nut, Bolt etc. as Required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Polymer type 11 kV pin insulator confirming to IS:731:1971 with latest amendment on existing bracket including all accessories like MS forged hot dipped GI Pin confirming to IS 2486(Part-I)/1993 & IS:2486 (Part-II)/1989 with latest amendment, and as per latest Jaipur Discom specs. etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge

Supply and fixing of Polymer type 11kV Disc insulator and Hot dipped galvanized Hardware confirming to IS: 731:1971 with latest amendment and as per latest Jaipur Discom Specs. on existing bracket including all accessories etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

Supplying and laying of galvanized steel stay wire of 550-900 N/mm Quality confirming to IS-2141/2000 in all respect Including chemical composition (Heavily coated Hard quality) of dia 7/3.15 mm(7/10 SWG) and as per latest Jaipur Discom specs. etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV of size 110 x 75 x 22mm 11 KV Stay Insulator as per IS: 5300/1969 and as per Jaipur Disco’s standard specifications etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

in-charge Supply and fixing of distribution type Lightening arrestor ( Set of 3 Nos.) 9 kV, 10 kA (IS:3070) with mounting breaking to be installed on existing DP structure etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer

Supply and installation of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded with 99.9 % Copper thickness (250 microns) and confirming to UL 467, IS/IEC 62561-2 of following size and length and as per point mentioned (a), (b), [c), (d), (e) below (Test certificates for confirming above standards from OEM is mandatory. Testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in-charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurement book All as per pre-approved by Engineer in charge. ) :- (a). Bore a hole of dia. 100 mm of required length, Place the rod in the centre of Hole (b) . Filled with anti-corrosive conductive compounds with the permanent sealing’s at both the ends, CPRI/ ERDA tested with RMS capacity of minimum 30 KA for withstanding 1 second .To ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, 25 kg for 2000 mm & 50 Kgs for 3000mm of resistance lowering earth enhancement material shall be used as a backfill compound. The compound shall be tested form NABL accredited lab for low resistivity ( less than 0.12 Ohm - meter ) & high conductivity in nature with carbon as a major content as per reference of IS 3043-1987,IEEE 80-2013 (clause 14.5d) , IEEE 837 & IER 1956 with latest amendments. (c). Connect the rod with copper Strip/Conductor/Wire with suitable clamp made from tinned copper and SS 304 Bolt. (d).Place Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm.

Supply & Laying following size earth strip in horizontal or vertical run in surface by means of Earth strip DMC Insulator including riveting/ soldering/ welding, Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 set of Brass (for Cu strip) / GI (for GI Strip) nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50cm making connection etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing Substation structure for mounting 11/0.4 KV Transformer on Double pole as per JAIPUR DISCOM specification complete in all respect as required including nuts and bolts etc (excluding the cost of poles) made of hot dipped Galvanized as per IS, MS channel of 4 nos 100 x 50 x 6mm and 4 nos 75 x 40 x 6mm and MS flat 50 x 6mm etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge. Each pole should be grouted as per item No. 1 of this table.

Supply and fixing of 100 Amp, 11kV Horn gap fuse set IS 9385 on existing DP structure with 6 nos 24kV/22kV post insulator (IS:5350 part III), hot dipped hardware, fuse wire of required size etc. complete in all respect as per Jaipur Discom specification etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 11kV, 400 Amp 3 pole, central pot rotating double break type isolator (IS:9921 part I to V) without earth blade operating mechanism with GI spring loaded reverse loop type fixed contact, solid hard drawn electrolytic copper tubular moving contact with silver/ nickel plated at end points, 9 nos post insulator of 12 kV (IS:2554 & IS 5350 part III), hot dipped galvanising hard ware, nut, bolts etc complete in all respect as per Jaipur Discom specification etc. as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and fixing of PG Clamp for Weasel Conductor on overhead lines/jumpers, made of aluminium alloy 4600 of IS 617-1994 (with latest amendment if any) with steel nut and bolts conforming to IS 1363-1992 & IS 1367/1979-80 (with latest amendments if any) all ferrous metal parts intended for outdoor use except those made of stainless steel shall be protected by hot dip galvanising in accordance with IS 2633-1986 complete in all respect as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

SITC of 4 pole MCCB With Thermal Magnetic release with Box current limiting Moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) made of flame retardant & heat resistant material having following current rating, short circuit breaking capacity at 440/415 V, 50 Hz; O/L & S/C settings , conforming to IS/IEC 60947 P -2 :2003 with front face and centralised adjustable, trip free mechanism, true contact position indicator, line load interchange ability, designed for both horizontal & vertical mounting without any adverse effect on electrical performance, suitable for operation up to 55 degree and without derating up to 40 degree, pollution degree 3, having positive isolation capability, push (test) to trip, trip time less than 10 ms under s/c condition, Breaking capacity Ics = 100% Icu. U imp =8 KV, rated insulation voltage 690 V. provision for UVR , shunt trip , earth fault trip, door interlock, pad lock & rotary handle , including making connections etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accredited lab type test certificate before execution All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge

Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Armoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie) including testing with required size aluminium lugs etc. as required of following size. OEM must have its own in house NABL accredited Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810.For additional technical parameters of product / work .

Supplying and making one end termination with Nickel plated heavy duty brass single compression gland (as per IS 12943-1990)) SIBG type consisting of Check Nut, Gland Body, Metal Washer(3 Nos.), Outer Seal Rubber Ring, Compression Nut, heavy duty aluminium lugs (as per IS 8309 -1993) duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape as per IS 8337-1976 of following size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1100 volt grade as required. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and fixing of LT Distribution Kiosk confirming to IS:13947/1993/ IEC 60947 Pt.3 amended up-to-date and as per DISCOM specifications (in cement/concrete /Coarse ratio of 1:3:6 )made of 2 mm thick powder coated CRCA sheet of 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire triple pole and neutral type, complete in all respect as required. Including Incoming Switch Dis-connector Fuse unit, Aluminium busbar with copper one piece U contacts base, brass studs and nuts, copper busbar for main and interconnection, MS Channel frame of 75 mm x 40 mm grouted with C.C. of M-10 grade to achieve the height of 1.5 feet above the road level suitable for required no. Outgoing. All as per pre-approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of product / work suitable to house 100/160 Amp. 4 Pole MCCB
