Note for Item No. 2 to 4 :- (i) Contractor or his authorised rep will report daily at 0900 hrs and onwards at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's In charge and distribute all complaints/ detailing to tradesman, monitoring the work done and taking the complaint slip from trademans on every working day and re-submit the same after rectifying the complaint at complaint cell ,failing which a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues ( during currency of contract period) in terms of conditions 25, 44 & 45 of IAFW-2249 ( General Conditions of contracts). (ii) The complaint shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a Penalty @ Rs.120/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from his dues on this account. In case, after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the fact shall be brought to the notice of Engineer in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately and if Engineer in charge is satisfied with the facts brought by the contractor, no recovery shall be made on this account. (iii) Any item/material which is required to be replaced to comply the complaint, shall be issued by the Deptt only as per existing procedure. (iv) The labours/ tradesmen except for items where indicated 'M&L' , 'S&F' and 'in repair', 'fixed in repair' in item is deemed to be included under these items. (v) The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints related to water supply & plumbing work such as leakage of bib cock / pillar cock / stop cock angle valve, wall mixer, shower roses, health faucet/Jet sprays, including removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI tubing of any description, changing the washers, leaking low level or high level flushing cistern by adjusting the float valve and including removal and replacement of rubber washer in PVC siphons and adjusting the float valve of over head tanks and leaking PVC bends/galvanised iron pipes etc (All T&P such as die set, washers of all size etc including necessary form work and scaffolding upto seventh floor and safety measures to make functional and leak proof, all petty materials like teflon tape, M-seal, screws, nails, cap etc. are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hours complete all as directed.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows etc as ordered / required on all working days (except sunday & gazetted holiday) from 0900 hrs to 1700 hours. All T&P viz. welding machine, gloves, black welding glass/goggles, welding rod, safety tools etc, fevicol, wooden beading etc shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor, complete all as specified & directed.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints pertaining to different type of repairs of steel windows/doors, rolling shutters/steel doors of garrages and stores and other misc works, repair by welding (run or spot welding) as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed. All T&P viz. welding machine, gloves, black welding glass/goggles, welding rod, safety tools and any other tool etc, the cost of box type hinges, steel handle and peg stay etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate against this item)

Surface dressing not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including disposal to a distance not exc 50m away from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surface dressing material (soils) exc. beyond MOD land and depositing where directed all as speicified and directed.

Taking down and refixing the aluminium door of any size in same opening after repairing the door including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing , anodised/powder coating match with existing snap beading, screws and aluminium fitting such as hinges, door handle etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia PTMT float valve complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 116 but 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks

S&F Aluminium door single leaf with powder coated aluminium frame of section 62.5x37x1.5mm thick, shutter with bottom & middle rail of section 112.50x 37x1.5mm thick and styles & top rail of section 83x37x1.5mm thick with centrally locking arrangement with lock make of ‘GODREJ’ or ‘LINK’ 7 lever and hydraulic door closer with rebate including joining cleats, fixing of builders hardware fittings, necessary numbers of floor stopper and glazing with 5mm thick frosted glass including necessary fittings, fixtures & aluminium snap beads, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of existing PVC water storage tank of any capacity and fixed properly after cleaning including replacement of PVC float valve with new, fixed to 20 mm bore of GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 42530.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
