1. Construction of road from Manaoha Bridge to Barhampur village via Jargaon G.P. Office Heavy dressing of the existing road including dressing high spots, filling low spots and making up loss of material/irregularities, removing of all vegetation, cambering, watering, rolling with 8 to 10 tonne roller to obtain a specified compaction etc. to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer shoulder edge with allowance, made for required quantity of shoulder materials to remain in place to contain the new gravel layer. Works to be carried out in accordance with Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Gravel/Soil-Aggregregate surface course (table 400.3): Construction of granular surface course by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 402

Maintenance of Earthen shoulder (filling with fresh selected soil): Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000 m as per technical specification Clause 1903

2. Construction of Road from NH-27 to the proposed Industrial complex site at Chipiri under Advantage Assam 2.0 for access of V.V.I.P. 'Clearing and Grubbing Road Land. (Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness. (i) By Manual Means (b) In area of thorny jungle

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2 (including compensation of earth.) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) From private land.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (a), ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) from private land.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (A) By Mix in Place Method (ii) For Grading II Material

3. Improvement of road from Homen Borgohain Road to Kusumpur road Clearing and grubbing of road land including uprooting wild vegetation ,grass ,bushes ,shurbs ,sapling and trees of girth up to 300 mm ,removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and diposal of unservicible material and stacking of servicible material to be used or auctioned ,up to a lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 201. (I) By Manual means (A) In area of Non-thorny jungles

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (i) Private Land

Dressing & profiling the existing WBM/Granular/Earthen surface layer of the road from edge to edge of the existing carriage way and both the shoulders, filling low spots and ravelled stretches by providing additional materials of same type as that of the existing top surface layer, cambering, watering, rolling with 8-10 tonne roller to obtain specified compaction, etc to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer edges of the existing embankment. Works to be carried out in accordance with MORT&H specifivation section 300 and as directed by the deptt. (rate considered as per SOR for road bridge and culvert works for all divisions inder PWD Assam 2016-17, at sections where the top level of the subgrade of the existing road surface is not proposed to be raised by more than 100mm.
