Servicing, calibration and testing of 11KV HT relay provided with VCBs HT panel of any make and type such as instantaneous earth fault, auxiliary relay, earth fault, under voltage, over current relay and adjustment the time for proper tripping with respect of MES/BSES incoming tripping with the relay testing equipment by the authorized service engineer and shall submit necessary certificate for the same complete all as specified & directed.

Servicing of HT 11 KV 630 amps VCBs trolley complete taking out from HT panel, opening all covers and cleaning internally and externally all contacts, spring and motor charging mechanism, opening of tripping system including adjustment, tightening & setting of contact male and female & inserting it in its original position & VCB out put side connectivity busbars from CT to cable to be insulated by using HT heat shrinkable sleeve (11000 V grade ) and testing etc. complete including replacement of glass of inspection window complete all as specified & directed.

Servicing of SF-6 circuit breaker including cleaning all parts internally and externally checking of the proper tension of the springs mechanism, tightening of connection of moving/ fixed contract, floating contacts, charging system and checking of SF-6 gas for any leakage and re-fixing it on its original position and including testing by the authorized service engineer and shall submit necessary certificate for the same complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: The cost of new part if any required to replace is not included in quoted rate and the items are required to be provided by the department.

M&L for servicing and renewal/replacement of defective parts of oil type Transformer 1600 KVA, 11/0.433 KV indoor type/out door type by disconnecting of HT/LT bus bar/Cable connections, opening of doors etc. complete cleaning of the inside compartment, core and coils by vacuum cleaner incl lead supports, tap changer terminal boards, bushings, replacing gaskets and other insulated surfaces be wiped clean with a dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightness after cleaning up to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No. 4.00 here-in-before but for transformer capacity 1000 KVA.

All as per srl item No. 4.00 here-in-before but for transformer capacity 400 to 500 KVA.

Note:- Ser item no. 4.00 to 7.00 includes the under mentioned scope of work:- (a) Transformer must be meggered (b) Cleaning of transformer from inside. Attending breakdown /inspection of SF-6 panel circuit breakers by authorised service engineer to check and replacement of any spare parts related breakdown complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending breakdown /inspection of HT 11KV/12KV VCB by authorised service engineer to check and replacement of any spare parts related breakdown complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Ser item No. 1.00 to 13.00:- (i) Maintenance/repair shall be carried out by authorised service engineer. (ii) All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) any other activity/ minor items not listed/covered here above and required during /completing the work for smooth function of system will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost will be paid. (iv) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relative item as supply only. However fixing charges shall deemed to be included in this item (v) A sum of Rs. 5000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbally. (vi) Thereafter Rs. 1000/- will be added every day till rectification of fault or replacement of unserviceable spares as directed .

M&L for repairing and making serviceable 110V/ 100AH battery charger of make AMARA RAJA Johnson Controls installed in X- block sub station complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only transformer oil, low viscosity insulating oil for top up transformer of as per IS-335, complete all as specified & directed. (Note - The oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel only.)

Material and labour for testing the dielectric strength of transformer oil of the transformers installed at various sub station at/on floor/pole before dehydration and dehydrating and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength of the oil up to 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap as per IS standard, complete all as specified & directed. Note : The transformer dehydration machine and dielectric strength testing machine shall be arranged/brought by contractor at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

M&L for preparing old painted steel or iron surfaces of HT/ SF6 Panel any type, description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease etc, removing the old paint, rust by scratching with wire brush/emery paper etc., and apply two coat of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide of existing colour on out side body of the HT/ SF6 Panel and writing of letter SM/MES No etc. of 10 cm height and making all HT/LT electric connections and testing the same complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of transformer of outdoor / indoor type of capacity 1000 KVA to 1600 KVA, any type, description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease etc., removing the old paint, rust by scratching with wire brush / emery paper etc, after disconnecting HT/LT electric connection from both primary and secondary side of transformer and apply two coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of existing colour on out side body of the transformer and writing of letter HT/LT and SM MES No etc. of 10 cm height and making all HT/LT electric connections and testing the same, complete all as directed.

Note for Ser item No. 50.00 to 53.00:- (a) The compressor and spray machine etc. shall be arranged/ brought by contractor at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for this effect. (b) Volt meter, Ammeter, relays etc. on panel / Transformer should be covered properly at the time of painting and after painting if any damage to the existing display or any item then the same will be replaced by contractor with out any extra cost.

Fault detection by bringing fault detector machine with skilled tradesmen to detect the fault at site in the high potential HT cable of any sizes, including digging up to showing faults only and marking the place where fault detected complete all as directed.

M&L for jointing and testing Indoor type cable end termination joint (heat shrinkable) suitable for HT aluminium conductor cable of size 400 Sqmm x 3 Core, 11 KV (earthed) Volts grade, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 1.2 m x 1.8 m flex board and drawing of substation schematic diagram using standard drafting tool AutoCAD. One set of drawing shall be submitted to the Deptt for scrutiny of drawing and final prints of drawing shall be submitted thereafter complete all as specified and directed. this item includes the under mentioned scope of work:- i. Preparation of drawing of Substation schematic diagram using standard drafting tools AutoCAD. ii. Duly printed Flex board with MS frame of size 1.2 m x 1.8 m and other fixing accessories. iii. Submission of soft copy. iv. Submission of three hard copies of drawing prepared on A3 size paper.

Taking shut down of HT electric supply, disconnecting all electric connection from the main HT Panel and taking out HT XLPE cable of existing size carefully without damaging it from ducts / trenches. Cleaning of ducts, shifting/ Relaying of serviceable HT cable of any size and making all electric connection in HT panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling concrete poles/ struts of any size and transporting to store and stacking complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old sized bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Taking shutdown, Disconnecting all electrical and earthing connections and carefully lifting existing serviceable transformer of capacity 315 KVA, outdoor type from old/ damaged foundation and shifting & mounting of the same at new foundation whereas directed by Engr In Charge and making all necessary electrical HT/LT and earthing connections incl replacement of worn out nut & bolts as required and testing of transformer to the satisfaction of engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Quoted rate is deemed to include cost of T&P/crane/Hydra machine and necessary manpower to shift the transformer without damaging at a place whereas directed, if any damage to the transformer or its part then the same will be replaced by contractor with out any extra cost. 2. Necessary arrangement/ electrical items/equipments and electric connections on temporary basis will be made by the contractor to provide uninterrupted power supply to the hospital. No extra payment will be made against the same.

M&L for demolition of old brickwork of foundation built in cement mortar of transformer after shifting of transformer from foundation and removing all the debris, broken bricks etc obtained from demolished foundation and making the soil surface flat and clean by using the loader complete all as directed. [Note :- All the T&P required for the above jobs shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

Note for item No 1.00 to 91.00:- (i) It is not mandatory to hand over the work site/ bldg to the Contractor in one stretch. (ii) It may be handed over in peace-meal as and when the site/ bldg are vacated by the user including Sunday/ Holiday/ Night Hrs. Contractor shall make/ changes the execution plan accordingly. Any claim what so ever on this account shall not be admissible. (iii) Rate quoted by the Contractor shall be deemed to include on this account.
