Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Single part opening M. S. Sliding Trolley Gate having length approx. 55 Meters and 2.80 mtr. height from Finished Floor Level including Wheel Height (but excluding 'U' shaped clamp/frame on top for concertina coils) suitable for movement on existing M. S. Angle Track fixed on M. S. U channels as per the enclosed specifications and drawings including carrying out required fabrication works complete as required. Horizontal Base Frame of trolley gate shall be made of MS Pipe section of Size 100mm x 100mm of 5mm thickness & Vertical frames shall be made of MS Pipe section of size 50mm x 50mm x 5 mm with side supports of suitable size M.S. Angle / Tube & 'U' shaped clamp/frame on top for concertina coils. Items also includes provision of Nylon Rollers in Guide post & between lives of Gate for proper allignment and balancing / Coupling arrangements etc as per site requirement and painting of gate with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & make by applying 2 or more coats and one or more coat of red oxide Primer complete etc. as required.

Supply, fabrication, Installation, testing & Commissioning of Wiremesh of size 25mm x 25mm of 3mm dia wire with 25mm X 25mm X 3mm M.S. Angle frame in vertical and cross sections frames throughout the above M.S Sliding Trolley Gate as per specifications including painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & make by applying 2 or more coats and one or more coat of red oxide Primer etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of suitable size (not exceeding 300mm) M. S. wheels set( 2 nos. wheels per set) with robust shaft and blocks for less noise operation alongwith pillow block bearing units of reputed make and all associated accessories, works and painting etc. complete as required.

Supply & Fixing MS angle of size 50mm X 50mm X 6mm in MS U channel of size 100mm X 50mm X 5mm including fixing of track on exisitng surface & making good as per site requirement complete etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of suitable dead end barrier at the end of track of trolley gate with MS channel of size, 100mm X 50mm X 5mm and cross arm of angle iron of size 45mm x 45mm with thickness of 4mm i/c welding etc. as required as per design / drawing.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type PLC based automation system with remote control for operation of sliding gate having weight upto 9000 kg as per enclosed particular specifications . The power drive shall be suitable for operation on single / 3 phase power supply system (230/415 + 10 % volts) and suitable to drive the required load smoothly complete as reuired as per enclosed particular specifications. Job also includes starter panel with safety devices / Relays , foundation/ Frame work for installation of motor , provision of Two no. LED flashing light with buzzer over the gate etc as required . Provision of radio receiver for auto diagnosis of all safety controls - 1 Nos. and Radio transmitter (Remote control unit) (433.92 MHz/30.9 MHz) - 2 nos. for remote operation complete etc as required. Also supply and fixing radium reflector on GATE written as "STOP" with suitable nos ( not less than 4 nos) and Sizes of font not less than 150mm are covered in this item .

SITC of 30x30x1000 mm six module Rack for above mentioned MS trolley gates alongwith suitable supports throughout the distance and other accessories etc. complete as required.

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for structural design RCC work including submission of detailed drawings, working / shop drawings. Structural design shall be got approved / vetted from a Goverment Engineering College / NIT / IIT before execution of work. Shop / working drawings may be got approved from Engineer-in-charge before execution of work. All design shall be done as per applicable relevant latest CPWD/ IS Codes/ICAO requirement. Any other details / design related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of works etc. shall also be provided complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of approval / vetting from Govt. Engineering College / NIT / IIT is covered under this item.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3.5 mtr height of wall with existing angle iron frame placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (All kinds of soil)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level, complete as required: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. A) Thermo - Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more.

Supply of 4C x 35 sq. mm LT Power cable of 1.1 KV Grade aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confiriming to IS:7098 part -I 1988 with upto date ammendment as required.

Supply installation, testing & commissioning of complete electrically operated barrier system suitable for 6.0 meter wide road ( Make:CAME/Godrej or equivalent ) comprising of following: (i) Drive mechanism: Consisting of suitable size reversible motor, oil filled and sealed type composite gear drive unit, with internal locking feature, circuit controller for auto off in fully raised & lowered position with limit switches, arrangement for manual operation at the time of power failure, control gear with contactor, MCB, electronic surveillance circuit to automatically trip the motor in case of fault, terminals etc. to be operated on 200-250V 50 Hz AC supply. (ii) Al. boom : Suitable for 6 meter road wide road, fabricated from aluminium sheet die pressed to form tapering. Boom is to be painted with alternate Red & White strips and provided with a reflective "STOP" sign in the center & bands of reflective tape for night warning -- 01 No. for each (iii) springloaded counter balance. Supply of 40/33mm dia PLB HDPE Pipe (ISI-4984) PE-63, PN-6 kg pressure pipes as per technical specification of the tender complete as required.

Laying of 40mm dia HDPE Pipe (ISI-4984) PE-63, PN-6 kg pressure by HDD trenchless Horizontal boring/ drilling method below runway/ taxiway / road /direct in ground in all type soil at a suitable depth ( three mtrs below in normal roads/soil and 6 mtr below runways and taxiways) etc complete in all respect as per specification. (supply of HDPE Pipe is not included in this item)

Pulling/blowing of One numbers 12 C x 2.5 sqmm Cable through existing 40/33 mm dia PLB HDPE pipe complete as required.

Supply & Fixing of full round type prefabricated RCC joint chamber with diameter of 85cm and height of 100cm and thickness of 7.5cm round top cover with diameter of 100cm and thickness of 5cm etc complete as required.

Operation of above entire system in Two Shifts/General (By engaging 02 No semiskilled menpower daily ) as provided in this scope including all electrical / mechanical, safety, control as per special conditions, technical specifications immediately after the commissioning & handing over of the system.

All inclusive Comprehensive maintenace of above entire system of Motorized Sliding Trolley Gate and Boom Barriers system includes gates, Boom Barriers, Automation System with drives, Electrical Panels, Wheels, Bearings, Nylon rollers, Chain Sprouket / Gear System, Bottom track as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and break down maintenance as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the original equipment manufacturer.
