Metal Beam Crash Barrier type - A "W" Double Guard.

Providing and errecting single side double guard metal beam crash barrier system 1.70m high, comprising of 3mm thick wall "W" beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having zinc mass of 550 gms/ sqm, minimum 950mm above road / ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m centre to centre 312mmx83mm flange width 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 750mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS:1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge & SIPCOT Officers.

Street Light System

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. except hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20-B (HGS SS.20.B.) and depositing the same to the road side as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation with stone dust in layers of not more than 10 cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, Four M sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm size Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation, flooring bed, dummy columns, mudmat below column footings, Grade beams etc. laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site, mixing of concrete, laying, compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants including all other incidental charges such as bailing out water for forming protective bunds, coffer dams and shoring, strutting etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 (design mix) Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing additional fixtures wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards etc., complete complying with Standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and erecting form work for steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto a height of 3.90m in all floors for RCC slabs, beams TEE or EL beams, lintels, stair case beams, side walls etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers. (For vertical surfaces)

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement grills using M.S. / R.T.S. rods Fe 500 of all sizes of reinforcement for all Reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire,spacer bars, cover blocks, labour charges for unbending of rods, straighteing, cutting, fabricating, tying, lifting, placing in position, overlaping to the required length whereever necessary cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supply, Erection of 8m Standing Single Arm Bracket 8 sided Octogonally continously tapered structured pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 12mm as per IS-875 with Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm, Top Pole Dia - 70 mm, Thickness of Pole - 3 mm. The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO-1461 with thickness of 65 Micron etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply of 12.00 metre mini mast with 6 nos of 150W LED fittings (including cost of fitting) for wind velocity 160kmph, having individual length of 6.5metres, 3mm thick bottom and top section, bottom diametre 300mm and top 150mm, having galvanizing thickness of average 70 micron for bottom and top sections, with accessories like motor, double drum winch of gear ration 50:1 trailing cable 5 core 2.5sq.mm, 6mm SS wire rope, head frame, lantern ring, lighting finial suitable for 6Nos of 300W Flood light but without Flood light rate etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 120 W LED street lights. Housing made of die cast aluminium with silver/grey powder coated, diffuser should be clear heat resistance toughened glass and IK08 with IP66 protection, system efficiency should be >100 LM/W, system having 5KVA surge, operating voltage range of 120V - 270 V AC and frequency 50 HZ, power factor, 0.95,THD < 10%, LED chip should be high power and each LED should be > 2Watts, each LED with induvidual lens, LED life 50000 burning hours as per L70, CCT Range 5000K-6000K, CRI>70 and make of LED CREE/ OSRAM/NICHIA and driver should be potted type Constant current LED driver with 4KV Inbuilt Surge, Driver Efficiency >85%, driver having high voltage, short circuit protection and driver should be with BIS certified with R number. The fixture shall be conforming to latest indian standards or international standards. LEDs comply to the photo biological safety standards as per IEC62471 and RoHS. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers. The fixtures shall be outdoor type. LM79 report from NABL Accredited Lab and LM80 Report from LED chip Manufacture to be submitted etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Fabrication, supply and installation of TNEB service connection distribution pillar box outdoor type of size 1250 mm x 900 mm x 300 mm made out of 16 SWG MS sheet steel with lockable door, with 1 No. 100 A TPN rewirable fuse switch and 32 A 4 way fuse DB with 12 Nos. 63A porcelain fuse cut-outs with 1No. copper earth link and neutral link and 1 No. of 63 A TP Contactor with 230 V Coil and 1 No. of 24 Hours Timer of L & T make or equivalent with its contorl wiring, power interconnection with 7/16 copper wire from main switch to contactor and contactor to fuse DB etc., complete. The pillar painted with one coat of red-oxide and 2 coats of aluminium finish as required by TNEB etc., The pillar to be installed in angle iron frame pedestal with concrete grouting including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers

Fabrication, supply, installation, of out -door street lighting service pillar box of size of 900mm x 900mm x 300mm made by 16 SWG sheet steel metal fitted with required size of wooden plank board, 1 No. 100 Amps main switch, 3 Nos. of 100A fuse unit, suitable copper bus bars for neutral line, etc., complete. The pillar box fabricated with front double door arrangements with locking facility painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of aluminium finish. The pillar to be erected with suitable angle iron frame pedestal with concrete grouting including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and Laying of 4 x 16 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.The price shall be inclusive of all end termination jointing as required at the site including labour charges. Necessary cable brackets shall also be taken into account for the cables to be taken into the feeder pillars and lighting cubicle etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (Including the cost of HDPE Pipes)

Supply, laying and testing of 2 core x 1.50 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.cable conductor cable of 1100 V grade with necessary jointing materials etc., complete including cost and conveyance of cable and labour charges for laying the cable etc. complete complying with appropriate etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not lessthan 40mm with copper earthplate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Coil earth to street light poles with No.8 SWG GI wire of 11.5 metres of length in which 10 metres of total length compressed into a coil of one meter length (75mm to 100mm dia) connected suitable with hexagonal earth bolt of size 8mm in to 25mm welded on the pole at one end with a coil position fixed on the earth etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
