Class-150 brick work in 1 : 4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and superstructures as per SI No. 305(b)

40 mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble sand in 5:1 as specified without base concrete as per SI No 605

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including cost of materials, labour T&P etc complete as per SI No. 583

White washing one coat including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 671

Distempering Two coat after first coat or subsequent with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including a brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials. as per S.I. No. 650+651

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: fine sand:8 brick ballast 40 mm nominal size including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc complete as per SI No. 275

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as truses, built up gates, door, frames, record rocks, roof work gates drilling holes, rivetting ror welding shere necessary and alos including supply of steel bolts nuts etc their fixing required for proper completion of work as per SI No. 503
