Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type LT feeder pillar/ distribution boards thermoplastic polycarbonate IP 65 in accodance with EN 60 529, dust proof, rust proof, water proof & weatheproof, metering panel (1.10 X 1.875 X 0.60 m ) shock proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid & chemical resistant, fire retardant & self extinguishing, UV resistant, Silica and halogen free recyclable material, glow wire tested at 9600 C in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11. Type tested as per IEC 60 439-1. Total insulated with system. The manufacture of boar/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report of degree of ingress protection IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane ; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacture of board/ panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC60439-1.

Note:- Manufacture of load bank should be OEM of switch gear.

Taking down old unserviceable ACB any type and Supply, installation testing and commissioning new LT ACB of 630 Amps four pole mannual draw out microprocessor based, 415 Volts, 50 Hz suitable for existing location alongwith replacement of burnt aluminum bus bar with connected nut bolts and lugs with new aluminum bus bar /nut bolts/lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable ACB any type and Supply, installation testing and commissioning new LT ACB of 800 Amps four pole mannual draw out microprocessor based, 415 Volts, 50 Hz suitable for existing location alongwith replacement of burnt aluminum bus bar with connected nut bolts and lugs with new aluminum bus bar /nut bolts/lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm bore tube "light grade" galvanized laid in trenches or fixed along poles with mild steel clamps or protection to GI earth strip/cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for GI strip 32 x 6 mm for earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old vintage steel tubular poles alongwith insulators and disposing off from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transporting to site, errecting and fixing in position 9 metre long, Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts washers & screws as specified, type 410, SP-31 IS 2713 marked, drilling of necessary hole including painting to steel tubular poles, with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface of poles and with black bituminous paint on portion of pole embedded in concrete and painting 3 Nos bands/strips with fluorescent PO red synthetic enamel paint 30 cms wide strip at 30 cms spacing from plinth block and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for drawing out of LT ACB 4 pole 415 volts of capacity 630/800/1000/1200 amps form the LT panel and servicing/ repair the same for proper functioning, lightening the loose hardware part and loose connection and lubricating the all mechanism, clean all contacts with fine emery paper and CRC, replacement of burnt/defective parts applying petroleum jelly on the contacts, refixing in the original position and checking for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. Note - Defective parts will be measured and paid seprately under the respective items.

Supply only fixed contacts as per sample suitable for 630/800/1000/1200 amps capacity of LT ACB of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only moving contacts as per sample suitable for 630/800/1000/1200 amps capacity of LT ACB of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only spring charging and operating mechanism as per sample suitable for 630/800/1000/1200 amps capacity of LT ACB of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only shunt trip coil 240 volts as per sample suitable for 630/800/1000/1200 amps capacity of LT ACB of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only CT as per sample suitable for 630/800/1000/1200 amps capacity of LT ACB of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
