Installation of the above panel in the pump house & actuator operaated CI Butter Fly valve including supply of 12 core 2.5 sqmm copper control cable, CI short piece, Bend, Compensating M.S. flange, Nut, Bolts, Gaskets & other Fixing materials required to complete the job along with testing of the whole installation as per entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Installation of the pump set with column pipes, fiting fixing preasure gauge, depth gauge, Non-return valve, including supply fitting fixing of MS/G.I. Kiosk box ,installation of Kiosk box, By means of making suitable foundation having at equal hight to pump foundation & drawing delivery out-let & washout line with the supplied specials / accessories by providing antisnapping cage of suitable size including making C.C. foundation approx size: 1.8 mtr X 1 mtr. Xsuitable hight. & brick pillar with supply of 2 pairs suspension clamps for hanging the pumps as per direction of the EIC. NB:- submersible cable from outside Tubewell Housing to cubicle panel through 40 mm. dia. G.I. Pipes (Medium) of approx 40 ft. length including specials .

Supplying fitting fixing of 415V, 100A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc. incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating(M-SIEMENS/L&T/HAVELLS/STANDARD) on wall and 3 (three) nos. 100 Amps 415V rewireable type porcelain base Kit-kat Fuse on hard wooden board (750mm X 450mm )by drawing the power line from receiving (Cut out of WBSEDCL end) to Pump panel board by 25 sqmm, 4 core PVC insulated AL Ar cable (Gloster/Havells/KEI)including compression type gland & socketing both ends of each cable / wire as per direction of EIC.

Making internal wiring/electrification of the pump house by (1.5 sqmm X 2 + 1 mm earting wire) single core PVC insulated multistrand FR Grade flexible Al. wire through PVC conduit pipe by supplying one 16 Amp (Havells) SPN Main switch on iron frame with PVC Board & piano key switch. (ave.run 6 mtrs) i) Single Tube Light, single Bracket light, Bulk Head light- 2 nos, 5 pin 5 Amps, Plug point with necy. Earthing arrangement & one fan point (Total point 5 nos. with one plug point) including drawing power by suitable gauge Al wire from panel board to SPN main switch as per direction of EIC (fittings should be of Philips make & rising should be with continuous earthing arrangement).

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed as below:

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required Length of Busbar is 0.5 mtr.

Supply, delivery & installation of the following Fan with Supplying & Fixing MS fan clamp of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages to building roof with satisfactory finishing and painting as directed by EIC. A) Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep (Make- Havells- SS.390/Orient- Summerking or any other make approved by the EIC) OR b)Wall mounted Fan 400 mm sweep (make- Havells- Swing Royal/ Orient- Wall 41/44 or any other make approved by the EIC) including Fan clamp as and when required.

Supply & delivery of Automatically controlled hydraulic diaphragm type chlorinator for accurate dosing of chlorine solution into the water by connecting chlorine pump (Diaphragm type) having following specification:---- Pump Type : Hydraulic Diaphragm Liquid : 10% Chlorine Solution Capacity (LPH) : 0-100 Pressure Kg/cm² (Testing) : 10 Pressure Kg/cm² (Suction) : Flooded Pressure Kg/cm² (Hydro) : 15 Connections Suction : 1/2” Hose Holder Connections Discharge : 1/2” Hose Holder MOC Liquid End : PP Diaphragm : PTFE NRV : PP Drive Capacity : 0.5HP 3 Phase, 50HZ, 415V, 1440 RPM Motor. Solution Tank : 100 liter capacity (make sintex/patton)

Sipply, fitting fixing 36w LED Fixture Philips make complete with all accessories & fit in) the same on the top of the Pump House by supplying 2" dia M.S./ G.I. pipe & arm with C.C. foundation and drawing power line by 3/20 P.V.C. copper wire & one controlling switch including painted by two coats red lead after a coat of primer.

Installation of above supplied chlorinator including supplying of suitable capacity main switch (Havells) Starter & drawing of power line by supplying of PVC Copper wire & continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary foundation ( at least 200 mm. height ) with concrete mixture (sand, cement, stone) and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set by supplying necessary chemical for at least 04 (four) hours trial run as per entire satisfaction of EIC.

Trial operation, maintenance & guarding of the whole installation round the clock for a period of 90 days after comissioningfrom the date of receiving of service connection or from the date of actuator connection whichever is latter by engaging personnel having sufficient experience in electrical installation. (N.B. : wages to be paid per head per day Rs.334/- + Bonus 8.33% )

N.B:- 1. Prior approval of drawing/ circuit diagram, Bill of Materials etc. should be taken from EIC before ordering. 2. The quoted Rate should be inclusive of all Charges and taxes including GST @ 12% ( CGST@6% + SGST@ 6%) & Cess @ 1.0%
