REPAIR/MAINTANANCE OF DG SET OF VARIOUS CAPACITY IN AOR OF GE (EAST) UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Dismantling / taking down of radiator assy complete from its mounting from engine and cleaning complete tube with suitable cleaning reagent to remove rust & scaling , plugging of any water leakage by brazing / welding work and re-installing in original position including replacement of rubber hose pipe complete with jupiter clamps for 30 to 4000 KVA capacity of DG Sets (any type or Model) complete all as specified and as directed :

Material and labour for draining out diesel from fuel tank of DG set 30 to 400 KVA capacity (any type or model) and storing the same in clean barrels, cleaning of fuel tanks, checking for any leakages and repairing the same (if any) with suitable welding, refilling the fuel and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including repairing/replacement of locking arrangement with Key of fuel tank complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of oil , grease, dust etc from outer (acoustic enclosures) and inner surface (Engine, Alternator, base frame channel and fuel tank) of complete DG set and preparation of old painted surfaces and applying two coats of super enamel paint (in side of acoustic enclosures) of colour as directed on Engine, Alternator, base frame channel and fuel tank (except acoustic enclosures) with the help of air compressor including including writing the machine No. (SM /MES No) complete all as specified and as directed for following capacities of DG Sets :-

(a) DG Set 30 KVA / 40 KVA / 62.5 KVA

(b) DG Set 100 KVA / 140 KVA / 125 KVA/160 KVA

(c) DG Set 250 KVA

(d)DG Set 400 KVA

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing in replacement of LT outdoor DG panel board Kiosk type (factory made of approved CPRI) made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thickness for outer sheet and 2mm thicness for inner sheet dust proof, powder coated from both side, individual door, factory locking system with two side ventilation suitable for working on 415 volt AC supply including bus bar chamber and water proof duly supported on 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame,opening arrangement from front & rear both duly fitted with compression cable glands for entry & exit of cables having minimun clearance of 450 mm above ground level complete comprising of the following : - (a) Panel mounted Multi-function for voltage, current, frequency, power factor and power Type EM-VIFP -01 set (b) Al bus bar 03 Nos. For phase of capacity 400 Amp and 1 Nos 400 Amps for neutral, duly taped in colour coded FRP sleeves. (c) LED Indicating lamps Red, Yellow and blue complete with lamp holders, 220 volts AC.- 01 Set of 3 (d) Panel wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC Sheathed, PVC insulated FR-HR stranded copper conductor cable through MCB DP 10 A mounted on DIN rail.
