Mannual Rescue and Operation Rescue of lift from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs in two shifts operated by one operator in each block per shift on all days including holidays and during all type of weather / climatic conditions, providing rescue to the trapped person, maintaining the lift and connected equipments and accessories including lift room in clean and tidy condition during the operation period and also Mannual Rescue and Operation Rescue of lift in case of failure of commercial supply by running of DG set installed within the vicinity meant for lift supply and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed .Note:- (a) Quoted Rate shall be deemed to include to provide one alternative employee (reliever) to provide the services, so that the other employee can avail the facility of weekly leave etc. Location : ( Block No 269 Type-IV, G+12 (2 Lifts) , Block No 270 Type-III , G+16 (3 Lifts) and Block No 271, G+16 (3 Lifts) Type-III ) at NCHC East Camp Powai, ( 5 lifts of 8 person & 03 lifts of 13 person) Total 8 lifts( 03 Block), Make - Otis)

Dismantling and taking out existing 8/13 passenger lift Main Traction pulley supply only new main traction pulley of suitable capacity complete all as specified

Dismantling and taking out existing 8/13 passenger lift governor pulley supply only new main governor pulley of suitable capacity complete all as specified

Dismantling existing unserviceable VVVF drive and supply of variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) drive suitable for 7.5/12.5 HP motor, 3 phase 400V, 50Hz with multiple micro program chip based link each other in network, thermal over load protection etc of make Yashkawa -Japan, suitable for Johnson/kone/Monarch/Otis make lift all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only in repairs rechargeable, maintenance free lead acid batteries of 12 Volts, 18 AH for ARD system

Supply only new IGBT card to ARD system including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable automatic door operator drive and in lieu providing new automatic door operator drive with controller fitted on top of car lift including testing and commissioning etc suitable for 8/13 Passenger serving ground +16 floors, johnson make lifts, complete all as specified and directed.

Material only for rewinding of double speed electric motor 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 Volts 7.5HP comprising of undermentioned activities for motors of the following capacities complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Disconnecting and removing electric motor from installed position, loading and unloading into motor vehicle and transporting to nearest workshop; (ii) Dismantling existing burnt winding from motor,cleaning of rotor and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including insulation material as required; iii) Bringing back electric motor duly rewinded including loading and unloading, transporting from workshop to site of work including making necessary electric connections, commissioning and testing in actual working condition for 8 hrs continuously to check RPM, Ampere, load and overall performance ; (iv) Replacement of worn out ball bearings - 02 Nos. for each motor as per existing size and make, RPM complete all as specified and as directed.
