Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descrption and any position as in roofs, column, porch slab, floors, beams, landings, chajjas, balconies, cover slabs RCC parapet wall on roof slab including cutting groves to along the length of paarapet wall and cut to required height , or size and similar suspended work complete all as directed. (Cost of cutting reinforcement extraction shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate).

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches in Soft/ loose soil, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in column footing including raft footings, foundation, plinth beam, bases of columns for staging for Doms in any situation, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F precast cement concrete louvres and jallies (Jaffri) 50 mm thick fixed with post Type B0 1:2:4 12.5 mm graded aggregate and embedded in beam(as per direction given by Engg in charge) measured solid including all mouldings, carving in rounded shape (design ,size ,pattern and drawing as approved by GE.) (Steel wire reinforcement included in unit cost).

S&F precast Reinforced cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate in precast posts ,fencing post,straining or terminal post ,paraphet post,struts or any type of post embedded in beam (as per direction given by Engg in charge) with or without chamfered angles and flat,splayed,rounded or mittered tops as directed and fixed( design,size drawing and shape as approved by GE. )

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, or mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in coping .

Supply only integral water proofing compound mixed with required qty of cement as specified and directed.

Use and waste form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, plinth beam, side and soffits of plinth beam and similar works in vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

S & F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars but 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders etc.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses/tubular pipes as in post including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle or tee , square or rectangular, tubler sections, fixed indipendently or as purlin , rafter, or post including cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts , providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc, complete all as specified and directed.(Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A).

S & F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa minimum, yeild strength, it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminimum, 43.5% zinc,1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/ sqm of coating as specified and shall be fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprened and EDPM washers as in roof covering all as directed at site all as specified and dircted.

M & L Plastering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10 mm thick in bottom and 5 mm thick with WPC of top layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Fair Faces of Brick Wall, Cement block wall or on Concrete Surfaces, Surface Finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of redoxide zinc chrome coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparing of newly plastered surfaces of wall , pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coats of coloured acrylic water emulsion paint over a coat of precoated treatement(pri+F19mer) as manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. Make : acrylic water emulsion paint Asian (Apex Ultima) or Nerolac (Excel Total or weather shield max (ICI Dulux.) Make of Primer :- Asian (X2).

M&L complete removal of existing treatement on wall surface and apply Two coats of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat) , white or tinted(color as directed by Engg in charge) over one coat of primer on old surfaces of walls including prepration of old surfaces and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 with as in sub base complete al as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) as in floor complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glossy finish ultra designer endura tile as approved set and jointed & pointed with grey cemnt with pigment complete as specified & directed. (Size and design as approved by GE)

M&L Granite stone 18- 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapit wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour as per direction of GE

Supplying and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, Class LV , Type1 flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm as cable protection laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of sizes 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, light class 40 mm dia including fitting complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing energy saving, enviornmental friendly, long life exclusive innovative die cast aluminium IP-66 flood light 120 watt suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing MCB DB, SPN, double door 8 ways, 240 volts capacity complete all as specified. Make : L&T Cat No :-DBSPN008DD and equivalent make of ABB / Havells

Supply & fixing MCB DP 40 Amps current rating 'C' series 10 KA breaking capacitycomplete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T Cat No :-BB20400C and equivalent make of ABB / Havells

Supply & fixing MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps current rating 'C' series 10 KA breaking capacitycomplete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T Cat No :-BB10320C and equivalent make of ABB/ Havells

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of nature switch of capacity 8 KW single phase consisting power contactor of suitable rating, including incoming and outgoing MCBs complete. Make-Swadeep or equivalent.

Sub main wiring with 2 single core,4 Sqmm, PVC insulated PVC unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable in and including PVC concealed/ surface conduit of earth wire with 1 x 2.5 Sq mm copper cable fixed along with the sub main in PVC conduit and connecting to earth dolly complete including taking down old sub main wiring all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to 32 x 6mm GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of PVC junction box of size 200mm X 160mm X 98mm , including connector block , two holes for incoming and outgoing cables, providing cable glands double compression as per requirement, providing DIN rail for mounting MCB and Clamps made out of MS GI 25X4mm, MS hexagonal bolts, nuts and washers for arrangements to pole/ surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
