Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1stclass hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :

30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors, windows and clerestory windows with necessary screws:

30 mm thick shutters.

with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size - Second class teak wood.

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead:

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitreous China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing manual assistance for attending petty day-to-day maintenance services as & when required i/c all required T&P and scaffolding etc. (Note: Minimum time shall be reckoned as half day even if the time required for doing the job is less than half a day. Material required for maintenance shall be supplied free of cost.)

Removing blockage of floor trap, WC trap, RW pipe and sanitary pipes etc.including cleaning of pipes/ traps and disposal of garbage found to the nearest sewage dump etc complete. (Note: Rate includes the cost of necessary t&p, bamboo, rubber choke, etc.)

Cleaning of sewer line in the compound by complete removal of earth, silt, sludge, brick bats, garbages etc and disposing off the same outside the compound at the authorized municipal dump complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing PVC P-Trap for W.C. of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removal of existing broken Indian type/ Orissa pattern WC seat & pedestals etc. carefully at any floor upto floor five level including disposal of malba to the dumping ground.

Minor repairing of wooden door shutters (panelled/ flush/ glazed window or jali door) including cutting/ sawing and part replacement of wood etc. wherever required for smooth functioning all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Wood and hinges required shall be paid for separately)

Providing 50 mm thick PRECAST RCC COVERS of specified sizes with cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including the cost of required finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Minor Repairing of aluminium door shutters (single or double leaf) without taking out the shutter including adjustment of clips & tightening of screws/ nuts etc in panelling, door closer/ floor spring and oiling wherever required for smooth functioning all complete.

Major Repairing of aluminium door shutters (single or double leaf) including taking out door shutter from position, repairing and tightening of all members including new aluminium cleats, pivots and screws wherever required and refixing in position all complete but excluding the cost of new floor spring or door closer required.

Arranging electric welding machine at site for repairing works etc. with necessary cables and other T&P including the cost of operator and electrodes but excluding the cost of necessary steel sections complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: One day work at one site shall be taken as one job.)
