Taking down of old unserviceable LT panel board of size 1.80 X 1.80 X 1.00 Mtrs and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50 Hz CPRI approved for 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process, powder coating in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS : 8623/93 comprising. The outer shell shall be made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm base frame factory fabricated of height not less than 60 cm completewith PCC with front openable, double door system lockable/openable. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having size with glands. The outer shell shall be mounted on suitable mild steel stand having zinc coating not less than 80 microns. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP - 56. Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleave. All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor and shall be propely bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Material and labour for earthing including testing, commissioning complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0mmdia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. The work is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type B1 (1:2:4) with 8 CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm bents to centre complete including taken out old earthing complete all as directed . Note: (i) The earth resistance shall be below 1 ohms during testing.
