Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).
Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified: Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%
Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti- termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole : With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete: Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.
Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge: For door/ window/ clerestory window.
Cleaning of toilet blocks including removing Stains/ dirt layer accumulated on toliet daddo / floors and sanitary installations etc with mild acid wash, soap solution and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge: a) Toilet block of size 3.85x 2.80 with 3 urinals, 2 W.C, 2 W.B including floor tiles and wall tiles and urinal partitions.
b) Toilet block of size upto 3.85x 2.80 with 2 W.C,2 W.B including floor tiles and wall tiles and urinal partitions.
Removing aluminium partition/modular partition including dismembering and seperating members like aluminium pipe, beadings,glass , prelaminated board,door closer/floor spring, door shutter etc. and stacking the material as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Refixing aluminium partition with available material at any heights including cutting aluminium pipes, beading and replacement of damaged rubber gaskets of glass panes ,corner cleats, screws etc. of matching specifications, wherever required, fixing available partical board,glass including necessary cutting to required size & shape for erecting the partition at new place, fixing the frame to walls, floors and ceilings as per specifications etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The area of newly erected partition will be measured for payment. The rate includes the cost of fixing doors in the new partition, its fixtures and fittings etc. complete) Note:- Rate includes the cost of replacement of damaged cleats and screws required and lift upto 10 m and lead upto 100m
Fixing of bajri glass louvers of size 60 cm x 10 cm & 4 mm thick including necessary cutting etc.complte as directed by Engineer in charge.
Disposal of dismantled unserviceable material like w.c pots,wash basins,urinalsl, building rubbish etc. by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for leads of 20 Km including all lifts involved.( one trip of truck 3.50 x 1.50 x 0.75 m size or approx 4 cum capacity truck )
Credit for the recovered items after dismantling or replacing the damaged items etc. (Note: 1. The rate quoted by the agency should be more than minimum reserve price. Any rate below the reserve price or no rate quoted will be considered as the rate of reserve price fixed and the amount of the item/s will be worked out on the basis of the minimum reserve price fixed for the item/s. 2. The materials will be handed over at site of work only, however BSNL reserves the right of using the recovered material, if required and the agency will not have any claim on any material if BSNL decides against handing over the items recovered from work at the quoted rate.) a) C.P brass bib cocks, pillar cock etc
Credit of M. S. angles, chequered plate covers etc, (including taking weight of the empty vehicle at nearest weigh bridge, loading the material from BSNL campus, transportation to nearest weigh bridge, weighing the same including all loading, unloading, transportation, weighing charges & disposal of the material etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Net weight will be measured for payment)
Repairing the wooden flush /panelled door without removing it from its position, carrying out all necessary repairs, fastening the screws of hinges, aldrops, tower bolts, handles stoppers etc. providing new screws of appropriate size wherever required making it operational in a smooth working condition complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Note-Rate includes cost of new screws wherever required) a) Door shutter area below 3 Sqm
Attending the defects in smooth working of architectural fittings such as sliding door bolt , tower bolt , latches and handles etc. of aluminium / flush door shutter i/c CP/ brass screws to make it in smooth working condition as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and filling the sunken portion with building debris including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, compacting as per the direction of Engineer in chrage.
Minor repairs /alteration /addition to existing M.S compound gate ( area upto 14 sqm ) in compound walls with necessary repairs to plaster ,welding the hinges of the gate with equipments such as Arc/Oxy-acetelyne gas welding and other minor fabrication tools,welding elctrodes, gas cylinders grinder blades, power supply cable etc.
Removing M.S. angle frames including covers etc from cable trench top including cutting hold fasts etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :
Cleaning all projected chajja/slab/Terrace top at first/second floor level of T.E. building by removing grass, leaves, small plants, debris etc including required material and labours etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal bore UPVC pipes of approved brand including all UPVC plain fittings like sockets, elbows, tees, MTA, FTA as per site requirement, including jointing of pipes & fittings with UPVC solvent cement & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
P/F aluminium two track sliding windows with all the required sections like track sections, handle section, interlocking section, window shutter top bottom section, U section of approved make(having thickness 0.90 to 1.2 mm ) with two sliding shutters of glass panels of 3.5 mm thick, including fittings and fixtures like sliding rollers, lock etc. including filling the gaps at junctions of walls with silicon sealent. etc. complete as directed by the EIC. (Area of opening will be measured for payment)
Cleaning of M.S. Glazed window shutter and making it operational by removing excess cement mortar/plaster from M. S. sections, top, bottom and sides of shutter and frame as required to make it fully operational including p & f new handle etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.
Cutting of the projected portion of M.S struds upto 25 mm dia. ( fifty numbers approximately length uto 5 cm ,) embeded in concrete flooring with metal cutting /grinding machine including making the flooring plain & smooth as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
