Material and labour for preparation of surface by scrapping and properly cleaning the existing surface by removing loose/uneven particles with wire brushes and other tools complete in all respect. Existing surface can be of mudphuska, old APP membrane, brick tiles etc. Filling the cracks with PU sealent wherever required. Plastering whever required shall be measured and paid separately. Proper curing of plastering to be ensured before further application. Apply first coat Fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrene formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9Mps and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5 mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celcius with 33% dilution as priming coat. Laying fibre mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having weight 45 gm/Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. Apply second undiluted coat @ 0.450 Ltr/sqm . Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.450 Ltr/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (a) Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only/or in presence of authorised rep . Certificate in this regard shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Shifting/removing of of any wire/cable/AC unit or other any object as per site requirement and re-fixing the same if needed is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (c) Total removal of vegetation/creepers//small plants/roots from the top of the bldgs to facilitate the work of treatment is also deemed to be included in the rate of contractor. (d) Rep of approved firm shall visit during the execution and a certicate " that work is carried out as per their standard/ specification be submitted to Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 01 above but in patches near spout area not Exceeding 10.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth before application of primer coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 in coping , kneelers and in similart works including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 4 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 furnished even & smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emulsion paint including making of drip course as required complete including roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water all as specified. Note :Rate for form work if required to be including in the rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnection existing water tanks of capacity exc 250Ltr and not exc 500 Ltr, settting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning of tanks, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re fexing in the same position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including S & F necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer ,brass valve 20mm high pressure with polythene float and fly nut etc complete including dismantling existing water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethiene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litres, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including S & F necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer ,brass valve 20mm high pressure with polythene float and fly nut etc complete including dismantling existing water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc all including taking down existing G I tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 13 here-in-before, but fixing only complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old/new surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot , moulds moss and efflorosent salts , trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall and projection and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint as approved of any shade/colour in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled door shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply ,the size of rail and style as per IS : 1003 Part-I, Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treatedfactory made shutters wood is to be incorporated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60( suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres( wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800N (Face) & 900N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A categary with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire redardant. Material and labour Chequered cement concrete tile 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling/demolition on same existing floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
