SUPPLY OF TRIVECTOR METER, 3PHASE, 4WIRE,

The Bidder should be individual Proprietorship Firm or Partnership Firm or Company Registered under Companies Act/ Partnership Act.Registration certificate /SSI Certificate / License issued by the Commerce & Industries Department or any other Government statutory Authority.

The Bidder should be a Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer for supply of TRIVECTOR METER.

The meter manufacturer should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply of TRIVECTOR METER. In case the bidder is a dealer all relevant documents required to meet the tender requirement shall be submitted from the meter manufacturer.Purchase Order/ Order Completion Certificates in respect of experience of minimum 5 years in supply of TRIVECTOR METER.

The CT ratios required for the meters must be calibrated at the MEI factory as and when needed. Confirmation letters from the respective OEM shall be uploaded.

The Bidder should furnish order completion certificate for having supplied not less than 80 % of the tendered quantity (However it will be 40 % to Micro and Small Enterprises) of TRIVECTOR METER in any one of the last 3 years (2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) from any Government Electrical Utilities/PSUs.

The Bidder shall furnish test certificates for type test conducted as per IS/IEC standards at CPRI/ERDA/NABL Accredited Govt laboratories/NABL Accredited Govt Testing Houses to ascertain the quality of TRIVECTOR METER. The Type Test Reports shall not be older than 5 Years from the date of bid opening. Type Test certificates shall be uploaded.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24)Certified copies of audited financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY (2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) shall be uploaded.
