M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified. Note : Kota stone shall be brought at site in minimum size of 560 x 560mm.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick, as in in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillars etc. set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over & including rendring of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for rubber moulded concrete coloured tiles (1st quality), 300mm x 300mm x 22-25mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls including finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
