Supply of MS Black Steel Pipe 200 mm dia, 8 mm thick, conforming to IS:3589 Grade-330, suitable for sewage pumping applications. Pipe shall be tested, straight, free from defects and complete with all accessories. Approved make: Jindal/TATA or equivalent.

Supply of MS Bend 90° angle, 200 mm dia, fabricated from 8 mm thick MS pipe, suitable for sewage discharge line including welding preparation and anti-corrosion treatment.

Supply of MS Flanges 200 mm dia, drilled as per relevant IS standards, suitable for matching pipeline and pump delivery arrangement complete with machining and finishing.

Supply of Flat Three Core 16 Sq. mm PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Industrial Cable for Submersible Pump Motor suitable for working voltage up to 1100 Volts. Make: Havells/Gloster/Grandlay/DJB Approved Make.

Supply of High Tensile Nuts, Bolts & Washers of assorted sizes conforming to relevant IS standards suitable for pumps, valves, pipeline joints and mechanical connections complete in all respects.

Supply of Neoprene Rubber Gasket Sheet 3–5 mm thick, oil, water and sewage resistant, suitable for flange joint sealing, complete as required at site.

Fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of complete 200 mm dia M.S. delivery arrangement for 50 HP sewage submersible pump set, comprising cutting, alignment, edge preparation and welding of M.S. pipes, bends and flanges; providing and fixing neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers; lowering, positioning and erection of delivery line inside sump well and above ground level using suitable lifting equipment; providing RCC support pedestals/clamps as required; cutting/opening in sump/manhole walls and making good after installation; application of one coat zinc chromate/metal primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint on exposed M.S. surfaces; hydrostatic testing of delivery line, trial run, testing and commissioning of complete pumping system including all labour, T&P, welding electrodes, gas cutting, scaffolding, consumables, transportation, incidental works complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Laying of submersible cable and installation, testing & commissioning of 50 HP sewage submersible pump set, including laying of 3-core armoured submersible cable from LT control panel/starter to sump well through suitable route; dressing, clamping and securing of cable; providing cable terminations with suitable brass compression glands, copper/aluminium lugs, ferrules and identification tags; lowering, positioning and installation of 50 HP sewage submersible pump set in sump well with guide rails, lifting chain and associated accessories; connection of pump motor with control panel; coupling and jointing of delivery pipe arrangement complete with nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets; deployment of hydra/crane, chain pulley block and all required lifting equipment; provision of skilled labour, tools & tackles, consumables and safety measures; checking of insulation resistance, continuity and phase sequence; testing, trial run and commissioning of complete pumping system including satisfactory operation of pump, motor, control panel and associated equipment complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
