M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 4 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and incl one run 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn in to separate concealed medium grade, ISI marked, non metallic casing caping 25 mm size incl all accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl cutting chasing and making good of disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of concealed conduit & accessories is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The two run of 4 Sqmm main wire and one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire will be measured as one unit.

S&F DB, double Door, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, SPN 12 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections, duly flush of wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing round shape 15 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light 6500 K complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor (Stranded) 1100V grade cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for foundations and laying of cables etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

M&L for wall cladding tile n.exc 0.10 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick of any colour and pattern as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering on wall in cement mortar 1:4 and surface finished even and fair complete all as specified

S&F Framed work such as grills, grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or welded and iron doors, ladders, framed structure, railing and Similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directd.
