Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone masonary including raking out joints, hacking for scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed (Rates are in cluded for upto G+2 floors, and no extra payment to be made for scaffolding and any other arrangement ).

Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar(1:3) as on ceiling, soffits of RCC shelves, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed ( Notes : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only" (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be included for upto G+2 floors.No extra payment to be made for scaffolding and any other arrangement.

M&L for ENDURA outdoor full body Vitrified tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 10 mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white on coloured cement to match as in floors etc laid over in patches and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick black granite stone slab machine cut in skirting/dado, cooking platform, jams, pillars, windows cills and the like laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed or backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and with admixture or pigment to match with the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded including 20mm thick screed bed to floor finishes in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
