Unloading of carriage structure (approx 8.4 MT) from truck its Sorting, Counting and proper Stacking at the S/Ss premises as per direction of supervisioning engineer.

Erection of 33 KV lattice type main/auxiliary structure as per follwing details : EKR- 02 No, BBR-01 No, APR-02 No, YMR-02 No, CCM-04 No, CGM-02 No, CPM-04 No, YMM-04 No, ABL-04 & No ALP-16 No. and Erection of 33 KV Circuit breaker related structure installing as per drawing with the help of G.I. nut & bolt, flat, spring washer, matching the hole.

Stringing of 3 Phase Main Bus Bar 33 KV Bus with Tarantulla conductor length of as per site requirement. The Work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of single double bolted type tension fitting/suspension. Hoisting of disc insulator and shifting of material from erection site to work site and all other associated work to complete work. (1 Phase = 1 Job)

Earthing of Equipments & Panel Cutting, Straightening, bending, laying of MS Flat and jointing in Earthmat equipment and structure with the help of welding works of following size MS Flat with excavation, with its back filling and all other associated work excluding the cost of M.S. Flat which will be provided by the Dept. free of cost. 50x6 mm(300 RMT) & 25x6mm (200 RMT)

Making delta earthing for 30 KV LA with the help of 3 Mtr. long electrodes in the shape of triangle with 1.5 mtr. made by 40 mm M.S. rod and 50x6mm M.S. flat to be connected with earthmat grid and as per techincal specification. (MS Flat and rod will be provided by Department)

Complete interconnection of 33 kv equipment with specified conductor (Single/Double as required) of various 33 KV equipment wih main/jack transfer bus bar of AAC Tarantulla/ACSR ZEBRA/PANTHER conductor. The work includes cutting and bending of conductor in proper shape, clamping with the help of the clamps and all associated work as per technical specifications and site requirement to complete the work at 33 KV Line.

Painting of MS Flat with one coat of red oxide primer of good quality the applying two coats of bus green paint of Asian/Burger Oxide after rubbing rust & dust at 50x6 mm(300 RMT) & 25x6 mm(200 RMT) M.S. Flat used in 01 No. 33 KV Bay.

Levelling of exavated earth as previous at various places in newly constructed 33 KV switchyard.

Making Jumpers (dropper) from 33 KV Bus as required.

Work of 33 KV Bay Integration in SCADA System (M/S Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Pvt Ltd, Make) with all associated works & all material supply will be provided by the contractor at his own cost as per requirement for SCADA Intergration.

Bolted type tension fitting for Tarantulla conductor with turn buckle suitable for 70 KN disc insulator with hardware fitting D shackle, eye socket, ball hook, I-clevis tension clamp etc. as per technical specification.

04 bolted type PG clamp made of aluminium alloy LM-6 with GI bolt & nuts and spring washer suitable for Tarantulla to Panther as per technical specification and sample.
