Note Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at latter stage otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 with using WPC along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface/ chajjas/ facia/ wars in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
