Material and labour for laying 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (6% binder content by weight) with plastic waste. Guidelines for use of waste plastic published in IRC : SP:98-2013 shall be compiled. Only thermoplastic conforming to Low density polyethylene (LDPE), High density polyethylene (HDPE, PET & polyurethane) shall be used as per Table 2 of SP:98-2013. Only dry process to be used for mixing plastic as per para 2 & 6 of SP:98-2013. Black coloured plastic waste & PVC should not be used. Specification of waste plastic shall be as per clause 4.4 of SP:98-2013. Waste plastic @ 6 to 8% of weight of bitumen shall be used as per clause 5.2 of SP:98-2013. Construction and control shall be as per clause 7 & 8 of SP:98-2013 complete all as specified and as directed.
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

(E) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing acoustic enclosures suitable for 10 KVA capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by mineral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness acoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted synthetic enameled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :- (i) Base: MS channel fabricate MS channel made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet (ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel . (iii) Doors fabricated from MS CRCA sheet with air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks . (iv) Out side cover: Made out of CRCA sheet (v) Acoustic insulation (side &Top) sound proofing mineral rock wool slab thickness 100mm of density 96Kg/m3 confirming to IS 8183 , covered by fire Resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommendation (vi) Inside cover : CRCA perforated sheet powder coated (vii) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double walled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel.
(F) FUEL TANK :- One No of sheet metal steel tank made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of suitable capacity of hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load, tank shall be fitted with in canopy as per manufacturer's design including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for drain oil. (iii) fuel strainer. (iv) Pipe for fuel. (v) Air vent. (vi) Manually operated one no. fuel pump. NOTE :- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted . (b)Tools shall be supplied with DG set unit as per manufacturers instructions and cost thereof shall be included in the price quoted . Material and labour for bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm dia, Make: Jindal as per required at site for street light fixing, light grade 1.5 mtr long GI Pipe including fixing with MS Iron clamps -2 Nos made out of size 40mmX40mmX3mm thick flat angle iron with top cover welded with GI Tubing M.S. nuts, bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia -4 Nos & flat washer (3mm thick) 01 No. for each including preparation of steel surfaces and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the M.S iron clamps & bracket etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable (flexible) 1.5 sqmm 3 core passing through pole or pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty universal type cable complete all as specified and directed.
Earthing complete with copper plate 60×60cm×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of copper strip earth by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as specified and as directed.
Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth strip of size 32x6 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as specified and as directed.
