Supply and fixing Teak wood scantling for door frames including labour charges for making applying anti-corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Providing and fixing doors with door frames as per the design and details with the door frame made of well seasoned good quality teak wood frame size of 125mmX100mm finished with melamine polish of approved make, colour & pattern as per drawing and the door made of 35mm thick flush door shutters of solid core block board type bonded with phenol foRmtaldehyde synthetic resin theRmto pressed with 8mm thick teak wood external edge lipping finished with melamine polish of approved make, colour & pattern as per drawing. Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Dadooing walls with best approved quality, printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 6 mm sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M.sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with stain free nano polished Vitrified joint free tiles of size 60 CM x 60 CM x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement Three P.Sand ) 20mm thick with water proofing compound in all floors including finishing neatly curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats using freshly burnt shell lime white in colour. Fevicol type gum should be used in the preparation of white wash solution, adequate quality of approved blue powder to be added to white wash solution for application to the walls etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications. (The colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work.)

Painting new wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,,i/c., before use on works).

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).
