Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh chain link fencing etc, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing RCC/ Steel /Wooden posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section,concrete ,brick work ,massonery etc . including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all speciified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for 4mm dia Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured).complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (Nominal mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in post holes, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- using dimapur sand)

M&L for MS works as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for round steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all speciified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 30 cm long and dia of shank n.exc 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping incl necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 16.00 here-in-above but except brick (NOTE: Seviceable brick obtained from demolition under Sl item No 15.00 here-in-above shall be reused under the item)

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface fair and evenwithout extra using cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe- 410 (Gde E- 250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all speciified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces not exceeding 10cm width or girth.complete all speciified and directed

M&L for preparation for new or previously untreated plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for restraining and resecuring including making good of Plain mild steel wire, galvanised chain link fencing including straining and refixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to wall with steel clamps or in floor as in waste/soil pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth , chequred tiles, interlocking tiles tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with gray cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete chequred tiles (ISI approved) of size 300mm x300mm x25mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).incl removing the debris out side the premises of MoD land of deposting at low laying area complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC (Nominal Mix) Type B1, 1:2:4(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC ( nominal mix) Type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc rough finised surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work n exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item no 36.00 but 6 to 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick stone dust/sand cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and directed.
