Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (90% Ordinary Rock & 10% Hard Rock Blasting Prohibited)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. or as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform or as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) or as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (anythickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchorblocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excludingthe cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level in Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars or as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing SFRC manhole cover including frame conforming to relevent IS code, HD 10 grade 560mm diameter in all leads and lifts or as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts or as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Stone soling dry hand packed under the floor complete in all respect within all lead and lifts and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing & testing in trenches following grade and working pressure High Density Polythene pipes conforming to IS:4984-2016 complete with fitting such as tees, elbows, adapters with metal inserts, reducers, services saddles required as per site conditions and jointing of pipe & fitting with the help of electro fusion welding machine complete in all respect in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)
