Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permises etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour joint free non skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but glazed ceramic colour tiles of 7-8mm thick as on skirting/ dado over 10mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic coloured tiles10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.4 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces over 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring, steps 20-25 mm thick over cemet screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar as in kitchen platform, floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps , cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and Refixing wooden shutters of any description exc 1 sqm each but n.exc 2 sqm including re-securing or easing and adjusting in same opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections including removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel water tubing and connections including removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 15 mm Brass wall mixer, Chromium plated 3 in 1 system with provision of both telephone shower and overhead shower complete with 115 mm long bend pipe and wall flange all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 32mm bore waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc., with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
