BT Scarifying Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 501.2.2 of MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges,etc., complete.

BT Scarifying Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and leads upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.9 of MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, etc., complete.

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD, including contractors profit & Over head charges etc., complete.

Prime Coat Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet mix macadam & WBM) ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, etc., complete for Prime Coat

Tack Coat Tack coat on dry and hungry BT surface Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 MORD, including contractors profit & Over head charges, etc., complete for Tack Coat.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 40 mm compacted thickness (8% of shredded waste plastic ) with 40-60 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 35 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1-A) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material(Table 400.1-A) with Grading III Material(HBG M/C +Stone dust) CBR Value not less than 20 and PI Value less than 6 spreading in uniform layers with Tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, etc., complete.

WBM Grading 2 (using Graded Metal) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes for Grading 2 material to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Vibratory roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 MORD. For compacted thickness of 75 mm. including contractors profit & Over head charges, GST etc., complete for Grade II

Surface Drains in Soil Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Providing and Fixing 'LOGO" of PMGSY Project Providing & fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with LOGO as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm size on black on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of lower most plate and flate iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75mmx75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in CC M15 grade blocks of 450mmx 450mmx 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12 SWG sheet plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Providing and Fixing 'Citizen Information Board' of PMGSY Project Providing & fixing of typical PMGSY Citizen Information board with two CR MS plate 900x750mm size of 1.6mm thick, fitted to Frame made with MS ISA 25x25x3mm size welded using MS flats 50x5 mm to frame with two post of 3050mm height, one head, one sill made with MS Square pipe of 75 mm size, All MS plates are stove enamelled on both sides and painted with ready mix synthetic enamel paint of Superior quality in require shade and colour, and lettering, printing logo and border etc., and on all sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint and fixing the board in the ground duly embedding the post in PCC M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm size below ground level as per pamphlet communicated by NRRDA.

Semi Reflective Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of semi-reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory boards as per IRC:67 made of 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly stove enamelled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective boarder of 65mm width and required letters and figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per clause 1701.3.8 of MORD for rural roads specification of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47x47mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050mm height duly strengthened by 25x5mm MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade CC 450x450x600 mm , 600mm below ground level as per approved drawings and technical specification Clause 1701.2.2 of MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, etc., complete with 600X 600 mm size MS sheet.
