REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF HOSPITAL LIFTS (17 NOS) INCLUDING MANUAL OPERATION AND RESCUE OPERATION OF ELECTRIC LIFTS AT INHS ASVINI UNDER AGE (I) ASVINI COLABA MUMBAI

Part -I Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of any make type and capacity to serve any floors 16 hrs daily ie. (Two shifts of 08 hours each per day) (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including taking care of all lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, at INHS Asvini Hospital Building lift No-3,4,5,9,10,15(Total-6 No's Lift)

(One shifts of 08 hours per day) ( 2200 hrs to 0600 Hr) including taking care of all lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, INHS Asvini main Hospital building(All Lifts)

Note for item No 1 & 2 (i) Minimum qualification for lift operator should be ITI or equivalent certified course from state govt or central govt recognized institute. (ii) Each lift operator should be provided with uniform and items required for cleaning of cabin like cleaning solution,cloths,plastic chair. (iii)List of lift operator cum rescue operator employed should be submitted along with Police verfication,Educational qualification,address proof ,bank account details , experience, training certificate and get approval from Engineer-in-charge before incorporating in work. Lift mechanic (skilled) duly trained in 3 Nos for all the lift mentioned above in general shift.

(iv) Lift Mechanic should also have practical experience and shall posses through knowledge to rescue the passenger in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts with the help of lift operator. (v) Payment to Lift operator cum rescue operator shall be done through aadhar linked bank account through IMPS/RTGS/NEFT only and wages which shall not be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vouge. The contractor shall submit payment proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. After entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge the payment action shall be processed further. (vi) Lift operators shall report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (vii) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above.

(viii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (ix) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediate attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied. (x) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (xi) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (xvi) Duty roaster for lift operator cum rescue operator should be submitted before starting of month and to be get approval from Engineer-in-charge.

Part - II Repair/maintenacne of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift Make- OTIS with power operated door, simplex collective control system with replacment of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door cards,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of crack/broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maint of u/s damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Shaft, light/switches & Maintenance of auto rescue device (ARD) complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts , fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work ,cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan , ensure safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts , two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels completely, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise, rewinding of motor all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the following lifts :- Note: Cost of spare parts / material ,man power required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance.

Note : - (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM or authorized rep of OEM only (ii) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its function found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (iii) Lift mechanic (skilled) duly trained in 3 No's for all the lift mentioned above in General shift . (iv) Lift mechanic should also have practical experience and shall posses thorough knowledge to rescue the passenger in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts with the help of lift operator. (v) Lift mechanic having Dipolma qualification with at least 02 (Two) years practical experience shall posses thorough knowledge of all parts of lifts (vi) Passes will be processed after verification of diploma certificate,police verfication,experience certificate only. Pass shall not be granted without submission of documents (vii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, police verfication, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engrr-in-Charge before employing a person as Lift mechanic. (viii) Payment to Lift mechanic shall be done through aadhar linked bank account through IMPS/RTGS/NEFT only and wages which shall not be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vouge. The contractor shall submit payment proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. After entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge the payment action shall be processed further.

(ix) Each lift should be inspected by Govt authorised lift inspector and obtain certificate in this effect be submitted to AGE(I) Asvini as per Maharasatra Govt lift Esclator Act. (x) Duty roaster for lift mechnaic including reliver for every month should be submitted and get approval from Engineer-in-charge . (xi) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (xii) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (xiii) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign (Their shift wise) in the attendance register kept with lift cell. (xiv) cost of minor spare parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. NO addition cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material (xv) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including the period shall be as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (xvi) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance & erection of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (xvii) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of Maharashtra for maintenance & erection of lifts issued by Chief electrical inspector.

Replacement of unserviceable traveling cable from hoist way, supply and fix new traveling cable PVC insulated 16 core with standard copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm conforming to relevant IS including thimbles, suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit complete at INHS Asvini all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge Make : Finolex/Gloser/Polycab.

Replacement of unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin, supply & fix main steel rope size 13mm dia, 19 construction (Make : Usha Martin) in and including necessaryt connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clamps, nuts, bolts and washer etc complete suitable at INHS Asvini all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling takling out unserviceable 'V' grooves pulley from lift, supply & fixing main pulley made of CI suitable for steel rope 13 mm dia including necessary bearing bush washers nuts, repairs to mechanical break assembly etc completely of any capacity lift mentioned in SR.No 5 all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repalcement of unserviceable galvanished governor rope after disconnecting from counter weight, pulley and supply & fix new galvanished governor rope 8 mm dia including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley with nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in 08 pers lift at INHS Asvini

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable VVVF of any specifications and Supply, fixing and testing in existing control panel new VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) Drive control unit of capacity 11 KW Make: Yaskawa, Model: L-1000, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down old unserviceable Car Operating Panel (COP) and Landing Operating Panels (LOP) for G+6 with connections and Supply, Installation and testing of new illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, non stop, door open, door close, cabin fan, cabin light, emergency light, stop, attend out key, Auto & Manual operating system etc and driection indicator audio vishal indicator, including Floor Calling / Indication display Panles (for each floor) complete with CPI card of stainless steel plate in and including connection / wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable Main control Logic Board (PCB) complete with connections and Supply, Installation and testing of new Main Control Logic Board suitable for OTIS Lift of capacity 8-26 passenger with all connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Energy efficient LED fitting 6/8W of suitable shape including necessary electric connection complete. Make: Havells/Crompton or equivalent

Supply in Repalcement of unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin, supply and fixing cabin fan non-oscillating type axial flow, single speed, 300 mm sweep, 240 volts ISI mark with grill complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting and taking out defective ARD and replacing of new ARD control panel including supply & fixing free maintenance battery of capacity 12 V 17 AH set of 5 Nos or 12V 48AH set of 02 Nos Make EXIDE / AMRON and inncluding connected components like battery terminals, copper cable luggs etc, Including replacing unserviceable parts like PCBs, Transformers and other electric / electronic components complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable sensor system complete, supply & fixing new sensor system assembly with new edge along with full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: WECO/TL JONE/ OTIS.

Supply and fix battery set of 4 Nos 17AH for ARD devices including testing all as specfied and directed

Dismantling and taking out old defective door and supply & fixing new stainless steel landing door comprising of 02 No power operated centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel with header and connecting assembly complete having hair line finish flush type pannel of thickness 18 SWG, to match with the existing opening of the lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old defective car door from car cabin and supply & fixing new stainless steel car door comprising of 02 No power operated centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of thickness 18 SWG with hair line finish (N-304) flush type pannels complete with removable header, hangers, door drive unit for motor with full beam infrared sensor up to full length of car door, aluminium sill, with all fixing accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismalting existing flase celing and supply and fixing stainless steel false celing suitable size to lift car including fixing new blower ,Led light of suitable capacity and no ,wiring all as specfied and directed.

Taking down and supply and fix hooter with emergency call announciator working on 12 Volts with audibility 90DB @ 100M distance with complete accessories like push button switches, and wiring alongwith box including connecting cables

Replacement of automatic door drive unit with motor on car top with VVVF of 1 HP capaicity all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour of Scrapping breaking chipping cleaning of the surface and disposing of debris and repair to concrete cracks after opening in V groove and filling with PMM (1.3) admixed with Shalicrete and Injection grouting to be done at 1 meter c/c with cement slurry admixed with shaligrout IP @ 1 kg per 50 kg bag of cement including application of primer and 2 coats of ShaliCem-EWP as per methodology, making the lift well completely seepage and dampness free, all as directed.

Dismantling existing MS collapsible door and replacing with Stainless collapsible steel door of existing size and thickness, including handle to gate ,roller bearning on top and bottom ,guide rail,necessary alteration ,support for fixing door to car, landing side and other conncted accessories for free movement of door on guided rail all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Replacement of existing unserviceable shaft wiring in hoist way new shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit switch with PVC insulated with multistandard copper conductor 0.75 sqmm & 01 sqmm for earthing , 1100 volts grade drawing through in and including galvanised sheet metal trunking (24SWG) upto ground floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assy, limit switches, terminal switches, fireman switches etc complete all duly earthed at all points, suitable for lift.

Material and labour for replacement of Earthing completely using Copper Bonded Rod of diameter more than 15mm and length of 10 feet below ground level .The material shall be low carbon high tensile copper bonded rods with 99.9 % of copper on the surface. pit shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing compound as per IEC 62561- 7 shall be not less than 30Kg per pit & PCC 1:3:6 Earth Pit chamber of size 310mm×300×170mm(W×L×H) with Cast iron cover including earth plate have details like resitance ,lead connected to, all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing in repair Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 25× 4mm fixed to wall using insulated earth strip at every 2 feet ditsance earthing strip should be fixed from 6th to ground floor and necessary termination with nuts and bolts all specfied and directed by Enginner-in-chrage
