Providing services for manning, running & daily operation of main receiving station (HT/LT) located at Gurudwara Road Sub Station by deploying minimum One Electrician Skilled in each shift round the clock in three shift per day (8 Hours per shift) including Sundays and holidays, maintaining the Log sheest/ Register for incoming and out going feeders as directed and shown by Engr-in-Charge and also attending break downs/ repairs on break down complaint calls of HT and LT lines in the area and rectifying the problems by replacing DO fuses, HT jumpers etc. and restore the electric supply in the area with necessary arrangements, if required for change over of HT ring main supply etc., consisting of following :-

(a) Main supply at 11 KV - 2 Nos receiving points from MSEB (Express feeder from Saint Marry - 01 No and circuit house feeder - 01 Nos ), Make - Alstom. (b) Incomer VCB 11 KV 630 amps -- 01 No, Make - Alstom. (c) Out going feeders - 06 Nos VCBs, Make - Alstom. (i) PG Road feeder - VCB 630 Amps -01 No (ii) Khaun road feeder - VCB 630 Amps - 01 No (iii ) SCOM feeder (Old RSI) feeder- VCB 630 Amps-01 No. (iv) Local feeder - Gurudwara Feeder and New Gurudwara Feeder (v) Spare - VCB 630 Amps - 01 No (vi) Battery bank 12 Volt, 180 AH battery 02 Nos, Make - Exide complete with charging unit. (a) Telephone Exchange Main supply at 11 KV - 2Nos Receiving Points from MSEB/ MES (b) Incomer OCB 11KV 600 Amps - 02 Nos, Make - Alstom. (c) Out going feeders - 02 Nos VCBs, Make - Alstom. Checking the fault in the LT distribution cable of any size and length at any location with fault detector machine and fixing only LT straight through cable joint kit (LT) and LT UG cable of required length after determining the fault location and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Note:-(i) Fault detector machine and other equipment shall be arranged by the contractor within one hour of complaint received. (ii) Supply only Cable jointing kit and M & L for LT UG cable, Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only LT cable jointing kit 1100 volt grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type, tubular sleeve version joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE/ PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size upto 16qmm 4/ 3.5 core complete all as specified.

All as per Serial item No.5.00 here-in-before but for cable of size above 25Sqmm and up to 50Sqmm 3.5 core.

Checking the fault in HT cable of any size and length at any location, 11000 Volts AC system with fault detector machine and inserting HT straight through cable joints kits after determining the fault location and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Supply only HT Cable jointing kit, Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only cable jointing kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95Sqmm 3 core.

Material and labour for cable end jointing kit 11 KV (Earthed ) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No.15.00 here-in-before but for cable of size 120Sqmm to 185Sqmm 3 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying/ taking out of underground cable/ pole/ stays foundation etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE sheathed PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with brass cable glands, clamps etc laid in trenches/ surface of wall/ in GI pipe along with pole for connection to MCCBs/ OH lines including making good damaged surfaces as required of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying, testing and commissioning HT XLPE cable, insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable, heavy duty, with stranded aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11 KV "E" grade, laid in pipe/ ducts/ trenches/ under floor/ under road, of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items including reusing of old HT cable cover obtaining after exavation.

Supply and fix in repair for aluminium lugs duly crimped at end termination of transformer/ LT distribution panel connected with various sizes of LT cable including all allied works such as disconnecting cable from supply site, removing from gland, making equal length of each core of cable and refixing the same with new metal gland for cable of size up to 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Each job includes 04 Nos aluminium lugs at one end termination, insulating material and 01 No metal gland etc.

Supply and fix for insulator pin/ post type porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanishing MS spindle, nuts and washers of 150mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volt grade and fixing to the structure and binding of conductor including removal of unserviceable one from the HT 2 pole/ 4 pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for alkathine PVC pipe for bus/ jumper connection as insulating material at 4 pole/ 2 pole structure in the area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for stringing and fixing in position of ACSR conductor in OH line 3 phase 4 wire/ 1 phase 2 wire of any size as per site requirement including provision of aluminum binding wire complete including removal of old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for HT Aluminium ferrules/ lugs of suitable size with chromium plated nut bolts for connection of GOD/ DO/ cable end jumpers including removal of unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, fixing, commissioning and testing of air break gang operated triple pole switch out door type of capacity 200 Amps AC mechanically operated mounted on polymer bases insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete with locking arrangements including pad locks with key complete suitable for 11KV, HT, 50 Hz including taking down old unseviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, fixing, connecting and testing of polymer based drop-out fuse set (set of 3 Nos), mounted on insulators with steel frame 200 Amps capacity, siutable for 11KV, HT system, out door type, including expulsion fuse carriers and fuse element upto 25 Amp including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for lightening arrestor non linear resistor type conforming to IS 3070 (part-3) 1993 complete, line discharge class-3, nominal discharge current 10KA (peak), 12KV rated system, voltage peak value high current impulse of 4/10 micro Sec. wave shape 100 KA (peak) assembly suitable for 11 KV, long duration discharge class-II with insulation level 28/75 KV and mounted on hot dip galvanized steel structure including all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and connecting to earth with 4 mm dia GI wire including removal of existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20cm x 15cm size complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out the unserviceable and perished panel board doors/ body from the panel board, replace with same size made out of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick duly fabricated, welded including the door hinges and having proper locking arrangement to the existing LT panel doors by means of replacing the door hinges and making doors operatable including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray painting to match with existing colour complete all as specified and as directed Note : (i) T&P as required shall be arranged by the contractor such as welding machine etc.

Material and labour for preparation of feeder pillar/ out door LT panels at various places, old decorated surfaces by scraping rusts, cleaning of dust and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for MCCB, TPN, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 50 KA, Ics = 100% Icu with suitable fixing arrangements in the panel with refixing the existing cable including removal of old unserviceable item complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for MCCB, TPN, 415 Volts, adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics = 100% Icu with suitable fixing arrangements in the panel with refixing the existing cable including removal of old unserviceable item complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The item shall be operated maximum 3 times in the entire period of the Contract and the measurement will be taken every time independently for payment.

Material and labour for 80mm bore galvanised steel pipe light grade laid in trenches/ wall/ pole as in protection of UG cable including taking out/ down old unserviceable pipe all as specified and directed of following sizes.
