Taking down carefully copper / aluminum point wiring (Light/Fan/Socket/power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls / floors etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down submain wiring of any size / description from wooden battens / PVC conduits from walls/floors/ceiling etc., complete and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for concealed point wiring on wall and surface, wiring on ceiling / roof with necessary arrangements with 1.5 sqmm single core 1100 volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor with and including PVC concealed conduit pipe 20 mm medium grade with all fittings including Modular metal flush box minimum 1.6 mm thick, Modular white plate with frame of required module at site, fixed with chromium plated screws and washers for switches and sockets, on walls, surface on roofs and beam etc. including PVC insulated copper earth continuity conductor 1.5 Sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly including cutting chases in walls / floors for concealed conduit for one light, fan, bell point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surface area by cement mortor (1:3) and to match with the existing surface / colour by using existing oil bound distemper / white wash complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note :- Cutting chase to wall wherever required shall be included in the rate quoted for poing wiring.

One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with cable 1.5 sqmm.

One 2 pin / 3 pin switch socket outlet 5 amps on independent board with cable 1.5 sqmm.

One 5 Amps socket point on same board with other switches.

One bell / buzzer point controlled by one push button with cable 1.5 sqmm.

All as per item No. 03 above but wiring complete with cable 2.5 Sqmm for 3 pin 15 / 16 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

S&F MCB’s single pole, 10 KA, 10 Amp to 32 Amp, 240 Volts, and of ''B'' series with required wiring connections and lugs etc. and erecting in provided enclouser / distribution board. MCB's shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked conforming to IS 8828-1996, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F MCB’s single pole and neutral, 10 KA, 32 Amp to 40 Amp, 240 Volts and of ''B'' series with required wiring connections and lugs etc. and erecting in provided enclosure /distribution board. MCB's shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked conforming to IS 8828-1996, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB DB TPN 4 way and Supply, fixing and connecting up complete MCCB DB TPN 4 way (Vertical), double door, 415 V AC, 50 Hz, with including MCB TPN 63 Amps, 16 KA , IP-40 protection conforming to IS-13032 universal mounting with copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link, earthing studs, detachable gland plates with knockouts on both sides, complete all as specified and directed.
