Revamping of road & making RCC drain from SH to Mandira Dam Colony for Civil Engg. (S) Department.

• The bidder should fulfill the following technical eligibility criteria:

(1) The agency should have experience of having successfully completed Civil work involving Bituminous Road work/Concrete work Under any PSU/ Govt. Organisations/ Public Limited Companies during last 7 (seven) years. (Ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited) should be either of the following:-

i. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.295.77 Lakh (incl. of 18% GST)

OR

ii. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.184.85 Lakh each (incl. of 18% GST)

OR

iii. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.147.88 Lakh each (incl. of 18% GST)

The following documents (duly Notarized) to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:

i) Notarized Copy of Purchase Order/ Contract Copy/ Work Order issued by the Client.

ii) Notarized copy of Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate/ Job completion Certificate/ Performance Certificate from the Client for the work/ works. (Self attested copies will be accepted if work orders are of RSP.)

iii) Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client

(2) The agency must have their own equipments like paver finisher, Tar boiler, & road roller or undertaking affidavit from the owner of such equipments for deployment under this contract with valid registration documents is to be submitted.

(3) Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2023 should not be less than Rs.110.91 Lakh.

The following documents to be submitted in support of financial eligibility:

Notarized copies of audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss account for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2023 having valid UDIN. The turnover certificates and audited financial statements certified by a practicing chartered accountant having Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) should be submitted by bidder in support of the above.
