Fabrication, turning and finishing of specified Stainless Steel (AISI-410 or IS 1570) shaft of specified dimensions with end preparation (threaded, etc.), keyway as per old sample having finished weight as under: No of line shafts= 2; Dimensions of each shaft = ϕ 40mm & 1.524 m long; Weight of each shaft= 14.76 kg ,

Fabrication, providing and fitting of GM/bronze impeller wear ring/ seal ring/ sand collar Dimensions of sand collar = ID= 70mm OD= 110mm & 30 mm long; Weight of sand collar = 1.51 kg

Replacement of Angular contact ball bearing (thrust bearing) by way of carefully extracting the old damaged bearing from the housing with the help of bearing puller, etc and providing & fitting of new bearing in its place with greasing of the bearing Bearing NO: 7319-B (Make: FAG/ SKF/ Equivalent Imported make )(LIS Noorbagh)
