Earth work excavation in classes all clasess of soils and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift soils such as, sand, or other loose soil, wet sand not under water silt and ordinary soil, sandy loom, and hard stiff, block cotton soil, red earth, earth mixed width 50% fair sized boulders etc., except hard rock which requires blasting as per SS20B, including all labour for balling out water if necessary and all labour and other incidental charges etc. complete for FOUNDATION.

Filling with river sand into foundation and basement including cost and conveyance of sand to worksite including labour for filling, watering within 200m lead for good water, including tamping if necessary, and all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete for FOUNDATION / BASEMENT.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steels to worksite including labour for cutting, jointing and welding if necessary including all labour charges for dying with binding wire etc., complete.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete. Upto basement

Providing weathering course with one course of pressed tiles of size 20x20x2 cm over 75mm average thickness of 20mm brickjelly concrete with slacked lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for watering, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of approved colour and size in CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 Kg/Sqm mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Supplying & Erecting shuttering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). For Shuttering.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). For Centering.

White washing with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime best quality of blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scafolding charges etc., complete.

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of colour Plastic Emulsion outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Provision for Door Etc Complete

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
